Great features, extremely expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Same as before. Works well for what it does

Not a lot of functionality beyond what is available directly on the social platforms themselves, very expensive for what it does.

management of many different accounts. useful to have it all in one place

It provides a nice platform to consolidate cross-channel campaigns in one spot

Useful reporting and content planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social brings all your accounts together, making it easy to plan content across platforms. I enjoyed the intuitive design of the publishing tab and the ease of collaboration. I also liked the tagging feature for comments/engagements and the reporting features overall. Throughout my time on Sprout, I used it multiple times per day and found it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little annoyed by the frequent emails they sent, and I also found that publishing doesn't play nice with Instagram. Stories are difficult to post and lack features like stickers/polls. If you're Instagram-reliant, this might not be the platform for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves our need for comprehensive analytics reporting and efficient publishing.
Great, but could be a little more user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts for different platforms. Makes life a lot eaiser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit or delete posts on Instagram. Once it is published through Sprout Social you can not remove it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on multiple platforms at once getting engagement so our radio hosts can use for their shows.
Essential for social media management, but with minor drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, mass-scheduling, multi-platform scheduling, ease of access, and available customer support. It was very easy to get going and required no assistance. It's the most important daily tool that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Twitter (read: X) Premium user, the inability to post beyond the standard 280 characters creates issues. My understanding is that this is a Twitter (X) issue, not Sprout. Nonetheless, still an inconvenience that results in having to take an additional step when scheduling posts.

User-friendly interface, comprehensive social media management features, robust analytics capabilities, and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited features in lower-tier plans: Users on lower-tier plans sometimes feel that certain advanced features are only available in higher-priced plans, which may limit the functionality they have access to.

Able to publish post in bulks, see what post is going to be out, see anatlyics from one system
Very easy and seamless onboarding experience.

I really like the variety of reports and amount of data you can analyze and compare. I also enjoy the AI assistance when writing social media captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if I could track my peronal profiles as well, along with my business profiles.

It is helping solve the issue of not knowing what is working and what isn't. It also helps us know how we are doing compared to our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
It scheduled social posts. We bought it because we thought it had other features we needed (links to send to clients) but they proved to be inefficient. I would stay away from this company. They do not care about their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything else. They sign you up for a one year contract and then auto-renew you for another year. We didn't even see the email as it went to spam. They will not let us out of the contract early. This is an overpriced system. There are dozens of other systems that do what they do for much cheaper and without these crazy ONE YEAR terms for a piece of SaaS. I was honestly stunned.

I would not use this system if I were you.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed the user friendly social media platform use. It only takes me a couple of minutes to create beautiful posts. The more I use it, I am finding that I can also implement other software like "Canva" to help create lovely and eye catching media posts. All of my posts ned to be approved through my home office, and that only takes a couple of minutes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little confusing with SO many options on the home page, and our business only utilizes a couple of the features. It would be way to o much to use them all. But all in all, a fantastic software program for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any so so far, and I've been using sprout for awhile now.
