Useful and powerful tool for social media content creators

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Sprout is how robust and versatile the tool is. It can post on nearly every social media platform and can even customize the post for each platform using the "Send + Duplicate" feature. It has saved me a lot of time. It used to take me 10-15 minutes to publish a post on each platform individually, and now it takes 1-2. The customer service chat is also very helpful and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about Sprout is the YouTube publishing capabilities and the reporting feature. For YouTube, there are many aspects, such as the tags and the categories of videos, that often stay the same for each post. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to have default YouTube settings, which results in me copying and pasting the same information into each YouTube post individually. Also, there is no support for YouTube community posts. As for the reporting feature, it isn't the most user friendly and could be simpler to use. Additionally, there isn't a very user friendly to see previous posts that have been sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is mostly helping save time. It is much easier to post on each social media platforms using Sprout than it is to post individually to each platform and copy and paste the text each time. Additionally, it makes looking at analytics much easier. Intsead of looking at each platform's analytics indivdually, it provides one place to see everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view is very useful for teams with several people on them. It allows us to plan content and space out posts better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could merge accounts together in a "view" function. We have two teams that work on different posts, but at times share an account. It would be nice to be able to merge our calendar with them so we can see when they plan to post. It would be nice to be able to post to Instagram and TikTok as welll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves us from having to post directly on platforms, which is very time-consuming. The tag feature also helps with analytics and assists in keeping organized.

Perfect for a Small Non-Profit

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows our small marketing team to manage and analyze over 25 social accounts for our non-profit organization. We've used other platforms and Sprout is by far the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
After using sprout for nearly 9 years, we have zero issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to save a lot of time with the ability to schedule posts at times our users will see them. The time it would take to go to each individual platform and do the research to find the best times would take up valuable time that we often do not have.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it simple to plan posts for days, weeks, or months ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime a post will fail and I will have to post it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the issue of planning social posts for multiple different platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Collates all socials in one place so you're not constantly switching between apps, and allows you access to see report of activity across your accounts as well as being able to tag comments and messages into different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does have TikTok dms yet, but a minor issue that I know they're working on fixing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to switch back and forth between apps or collate analytics manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been one of the best tools we have implemented into our communications strategy. It's an intuitive platform with many features to leverage for scheduling, posting, monitoring and listen on all things social. We have been able to implement the shared dashboard features as a succesful use-case already to show our leadership the importance of online brand monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, certain capabilities were a little glitchy, however most tech issues are resolved faily quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lean team, Sprout Social is able to automate many of the manual processses our team of two had to perform thus creating more bandwidth wihtin our rule.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the how easy it is to compose a new post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the calandar can be a lot at once when looking at the scheduled posts for the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thankfully I haven't encoutered any serious problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that social on all platforms is streamlined into one, easy site. I specifically like the calendar view for a social calendar for a client because it make sit easy to review and see an overview of what's posting on which platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the team conversations were easier to access and that clients (who have a Sprout account and want to view social on their end) had a smoother access to everything as well. My team has had a few confused clients who don't know how to use the site and where to access what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me solve an easier, more effective way to manage multiple social clients at once on all different platforms. This has made it the easiest when managing social media.
