Easy to plan and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use. I only use the software to check what others have made if needed. So not a frequent user, but I can always find what I'm looking for.Also nice to see the dashboard with engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming the first time you log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating between our agencies, designers and people who make the posts. And also easy reply to messages and replies.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly and full of features our agency finds beneficial. It makes managing multiple social media accounts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most affordable option by a long shot. It's hard to justify the cost for a small business. A more extensive free plan would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to manage multiple social media accocunts and provide great customer service with Sprout. Our agency loves the external approvals feature. It makes sharing content with clients a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing social media easier and more efficient. It's been very user-friendly. The analytics give us all the insights needed to improve engagement. The collaboration tools help keep everyone on the same page. Plus, the support team is very responsive if we need help. It’s been a solid choice for streamlining our social media tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside has been the cost. As a boutique agency this was needed but investment we made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us tremendously with more detailed reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The post scheduling and review process is super helpful. It allows us to have multiple people review our posts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process can be a bit lengthy when reposting the same post across multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easing our content review process between client-side decision-makers and people at the agency.

waiting to see.....hoping all the kinks work out. it has been a month

DAILY- i am dealing with issues.. i LOSE so much time.. not making content..

What do you like best about the product?
The optimal times to post feature and the ease of posting across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to post regularly across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Sprout lets me do all that from a single dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
As we have recently started to work on sprout, i found it very easy as it is not complex like other softwares. The layout is just amazing and very much apt.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that dislike about sprout but we can definitely make it even more better when it comes to user friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets easy for us to use all the platforms at a single place. We have all the social media platforms integerated on a single software and also the UI of all the social media handles remains same as of their actual platform.

One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it's a one-stop shop, making it easier to monitor four profiles in one spot instead of signing into four different profiles. The scheduling and reporting aspects are also helpful. We can schedule content days in advance, which lets our team know what's coming. The ability to cancel or reschedule content as needed when other issues come up is really useful. I also find the tagging and campaign features very helpful when looking back at what's been shared throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each platform is a bit different, so it takes some getting used to. But that is usually a platform issue - not a Sprout Social issue. One feature we're still getting used to is reels versus stories. It would be nice to create one post and format each platform appropriately without having to duplicate the post and make necessary changes for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social as a one-stop shop, making it easier to post consistently and monitor four profiles in one spot. The scheduling and reporting features help in planning content ahead and tracking campaign performance throughout the year.

What do you like best about the product?
The major upside to me with Sprout Social is having the tool to be able to see engagement and analytics regarding both of the accounts that I currently assist with at a glance. It is an extremely easy to use interface. I use Sprout daily for my post scheduling and review of activity. It was also very easy to link and integrate multiple accounts under one dashboard. I've implemented their performance reviews into my weekly data collection, that allows me to find optimal times to post my created content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Sprout Social is the "draft" system... I had a little bit of a hard time scheduling a draft to go live. I eventually had to duplicate the post, and set the post at a scheduled time. It was a little bit of a cumbersome thing to do.

It allows me to control and schedule everything in one place.
