billing complexity and hurdles, we paid, money was refunded.. and now we have to pay again.. that is inconvenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a simplistic scheduling system that doesn't require much navigating to find what you are looking for. There is an abundance of data in the analytics, more so that Hootsuite could ever provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have made many advancements in the two years we have been with them. I would say I am missing is callouts on the individual days for holidays or awareness days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have a limited team Sprout comes in handy because we can schedule content out in advance. Additionally, we can look at behaviors from our competitors to see any trends we can possibly tap into.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to handle social all in one place. There are specific tools like adding a link in an Instagram bio that is extremely useful so you don't have to use a separate program for that. The recommended posting times is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram story feature needs some work. Sometimes it distorts the photos and it doesn't allow you to add things like locations, different fonts, etc that you can do on the app directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time where I don't have to do research on optimal times to post and it helps me plan out social weeks in advance. The sticky note feature on it is really helpful for future content planning as well.

Easy to Use:
One of the standout features of Sprout Social is its intuitive interface. The dashboard is simplistic and straight forward design makes it easy to navigate. Whether you're new to social media or a seasoned expert, you'll appreciate how quickly you can get up and running with Sprout. The user-friendly design means less time spent wrestling with the platform and more time focusing on what really matters: crafting compelling content and engaging with your audience.

User-Friendly:
The feature feels like it was designed with the user in mind, from scheduling posts to monitoring analytics. The platform also offers robust support resources, including tutorials and live chat assistance, which helps when immediate support is needed.

Modern Platform:
Sprout Social is constantly evolving to meet the needs of modern marketers with features like advanced reporting, social listening, tagging and integrated customer relationship management (CRM).

Valuable Add-Ons:
It's convenient if you want the option to streamline your workflow with automation tools, enhance your content with image editing capabilities, or expand your reach with paid advertising integration. These add-ons are integrated into the platform, which provide good value without.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit more costly compared to competitor tools, but it is more advanced in its offerings, so I understand the reason.

There's also an inconsistency with some features - analytics. Sometimes the data is duplicated or not tracked with the same results when looking at the analytics from the source channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly used for social media management and scheduling posts out in advance, which is convenient since this is process done in one go. We all primarily use it to report on social media performance of our channels, posts and paid advertising metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule, engage, and share a detailed calendar of all social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening feature is not incredibly straightforward.

It allows us to post to multiple social platforms at once and engage with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The unboarding process was what I liked best. The sessions were very clear and in-depth. The tools available seemed very intuitive and, despite this, many discoveries were made through more guided guidance. Monitoring the results of campaigns can be accessed even more quickly with guidance tailored to the specific needs of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a few simple features, such as creating templates to automate the answers would make it much easier to interact with followers (which is one of the reasons why we use the tool) but they are only available on premium plans it makes the tool much more expensive than its competitors.
Also, when saving a post as a draft, there could be a warning that the post scheduling tool won't work unless the post is manually moved out of the drafts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us with the interaction and management of the brand's social networks and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I handle multiple business profiles on social media and Sprout is a one-stop tool for me to manage all. Makes every day work very convenient. I am a first-time user of the platform and it turned out to be very easy to implement, integrate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly - nothing to dislike! It has all the features I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that it helps me manage multiple social media businesses through one tool. It offers all automation features including analytics, monitoring, engagement, scheduling/publishing content, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is best in class based on its ease of use and analytic tools. It is a wonderful platform for easily planning and executing your social media strategy.The analytic tools are especially helpful when determining the content that is driving the greatest performance, who is engaging with your content, and how best to keep them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any down-side with Sprout other than the increased cost for accessing the full analytic suite of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps to ensure we are prioritizing our time and budget in the best possible areas.
