What do you like best about the product?
Custom reporting, TikTok linking and UI are all welcome features compared to competitors.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to tag comments or DM as spam is frustrating. Not able to have or create incoming feeds for engagment. Also, wish it listened to more data sources, including TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community engagement, social publishing in one place, listening to what community is saying and keeping an eye on competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer care, nice process also the way to be adapted for us non experts to explore and potentialize our experience

being able to customize our dash with different color (nor a dislike tho just an opinion)

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an end-to-end social platform that allows you to centralise all of your social management into one. From listening tools to scheduling to reporting, it makes life a lot easier. The team are always on hand to support in any way possible and it was easily implemented into our team with the help of our amazing onboarding manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I would say is not being able to edit reports and make custom PDF reports that can we sent to wider businesses. Sometimes there are irrelevant stats that don't fit our KPIs and the business do not need oversight over however there is no option to remove these from the monthly and weekly reports so we do have to create brand bespoke reports for this out of app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a wide overview of the brand across all socials in one place whilst also having the opportunity to go into granular details when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful tool in tracking conversations around a brand! Helpful to gather all of that info in one place to identify trends that help inform marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit tricky to navigate at first, but it does get much easier with time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us understand the reach of our marketing beyond paid platforms proprietary reporting.

High performance, low barrier to entry

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very easy to use and easy to learn and adjusts to your needs. If you need a high-performance social platform it works. If you just need an editorial calendar, it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are litle things I find now and then that aren't great. LinkedIn tags don't carry over to the site sometimes, there are certain parts of the reporting platform UI that are counterintuative, but they're usually small complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media isn't a primary channel for us, but is necessary so having a single place where it's all managed is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes reporting across platforms much simpler.

Educational materials provided by Sprout are very useful.

Monitoring brand sentiment is a valuable feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of additional users is extremely high. Although Sprout does reduce a lot of admin - this limits how we can spread work amongst the team which can cause issues that we wouldn't have using other options for community management.

Disconnecting platforms is a cause of frustration.

We had severe issues merging two Sprout accounts last year where we identified a few bugs in the system.

Stats are sometimes unavailable when creating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes reporting quicker.

Intuitive UX and great collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it simple to schedule posts and tailors reports in beautiful visuals. One also has the ability to setup approval logs and all sorts of complicated user permissions. It looks simple on the user interface front but quite comprehensive in its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not necessarily a criticism of Sprout but more on LinkedIn's limited API capabilities. Sprout can't pull as much insightful data on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating social media posts across product groups and regulatory compliance regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all feeds for every social media channel can be funneled into one central view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were shortcuts for using emojis while typing responses, rather than having to point and click on the emoji I want everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to answer all customer care inquiries from all of our brands in one central platform.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most comprehensive social media management tool. I've wanted my team to transition to this platform for a while, but we needed to prove how unhelpful our current tools were. The routing features and competitive reporting features are the biggest draws.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could give more internal team members their own seats (even with limited permissions) to help with internal routing and processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping prove the ROI of our social efforts and streamlining the routing and approval process. It's saving tons of time in follow-up and things don't fall through the cracks.
