What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social helps in keeping things organized and facilitates ready reporting of our social media sharing, especially for community impact events for Coastal Credit Union. Its tagging feature stands out for me as particularly valuable, as it provides a way to efficiently track campaigns or recurring social media series without hassle. Furthermore, our team decided to switch to Sprout Social from Buffer because we found it to offer more features and capabilities, which have greatly enhanced our social media management efforts. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition seamless, and I'm so satisfied with Sprout Social that I'd rate it a ten when recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching of other organizations to tag, especially on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize social media sharing and reporting for events, keeping everything ready to report on numbers and track campaigns effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot that I enjoy about Sprout!
- The ability to schedule posts in advance
- The ability to tag posts to check on specific campaign performance
- The ability to create custom reports and have them automatically emailed to me on a cadence of my choice. Add in the fact that I can send these to specific people who benefit from the information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the timing of the posts doesn't appear accurate in the Publishing calendar. The dashboard is fairly user friendly, but can sometimes feels clunky, especially when creating specific reports.

I love Sprout Social for its ability to streamline and organize all our social media management clients on a single platform, which provides my team with exceptional collaboration capabilities and efficiency. The ability to monitor social inboxes in one place is invaluable, as it eliminates the need for constant communication with clients regarding two-factor authentication codes, thus preventing unnecessary disruptions. The Smart Inbox feature is particularly a game-changer; it offers unparalleled visibility and collaborative space, which are critical for offering page monitoring services to our clients. I also appreciate how Sprout Social integrates all client social channels, saving us from having to log into each platform natively, a feature that dramatically enhances our productivity by allowing us to work uninterrupted. The influencer platform has significantly reduced the anxiety around managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, holding all necessary tools from research to proposal writing within the platform. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was impressively straightforward and efficient, contributing to one of the most seamless tool migrations we’ve ever experienced. The support from the Sprout team during the transition was outstanding, allowing us to complete the full migration in less than a month without any noticeable impact on our clients. Overall, my team and I hold Sprout Social in high regard, evident from our extensive seven-year experience with no other platform meeting our standards as Sprout Social does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social could benefit from expanding its AI capabilities specifically for content creation purposes, as this would significantly enhance the platform's utility. Additionally, the current lack of integrations with tools like MailChimp or Constant Contact is a limitation. With these integrations, we could streamline our processes further and potentially forego the need for an independent reporting service, consolidating all our work on Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is extremely easy to use, with great integration of all of our main platforms. Implementing is was easy and the few times we've had to contact customer support has been exceptional. We utilize Sprout daily at my job and it has a great featureset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints about Sprout, at times the UX can leave some to be desired, as well as the filters resetting from time to time. Overall the product is miles above the competition.

We use Sprout to efficiently spot issues and trends across our products, allowing us to offer prompt troubleshooting to users. Additionally, it enables us to direct users to our main support platforms, ensuring they receive the appropriate assistance as quickly as possible.

The initial setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the support from team members at Sprout, who made the transition smooth and were always available to answer questions and tailor our dashboards to fit our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the need for more granular features per social channel to be lacking. For instance, when posting Instagram stories, the ability to use Instagram's stickers is missing. There is also a gap in social listening capabilities for videos on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Additionally, the dashboard experience could be improved by allowing the option to hide elements that I don't have access to or don't need, to facilitate a cleaner and more streamlined workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social's user interface. In my experience, it is the easiest to use among all the platforms I've explored, including HubSpot and Dash Hudson, among others. I love how Sprout Social provides a breakdown of profile performance and allows comparisons between profiles to determine which one is performing the best, enabling me to allocate my resources more efficiently. This feature is incredibly useful for gaining clear insights and directing our content strategy effectively. The initial setup of Sprout Social was also very easy for my team and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to differentiate between paid and organic content and their respective results in Sprout Social. Additionally, I believe the scheduling time feature needs improvement. It's easy to mistakenly schedule posts for odd hours, like two in the morning, because the AM/PM toggle isn’t prominent. It would be beneficial to have a feature that restricts posting to more conventional hours to prevent such errors, which could be especially helpful for larger teams to minimize mistakes.

Scheduling posts ahead and being reminded of them at the posting time
What do you dislike about the product?
The way our company’s security is setup it puts me in a loading loop when I go to sign in to make a post from my phones.Sometimes i have to force close the app and reopen to login.
