Sprout Social has truly been a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive suite of tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting streamlines our workflow, while the detailed analytics provide actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very costly and I wish the approval flows were easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to schedule content so I don't have to think about it!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the organizational features of the platform, especially the ability to create smart inboxes. Being able to customize which channels I monitor and filter out specific content makes managing communications much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see better synchronization across the app and other platforms. For example, when I respond to a DM on Instagram, the message still appears in my smart inbox as incomplete. I can see my response, but I have to manually mark it as done. Additionally, the search functionality could be more intuitive. It would be helpful to more easily find previous interactions by using keywords or filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me organize incoming DMs and mentions so we can respond to all in a timely manner while also identify trends and raise concerns to various stakeholders in the business.

very intuitive, user-friendly, love the customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
the app can be buggy sometimes, and i don't like that it can take up to 20 or more minutes for the link in bio to show up

Easy Formatting and Display
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprout Social is how well formatted everything is, I can find exactly what I need easily. I am able to take a quick glance and see everything from a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Sprout Social had the option to integrate TikTok or Instagram Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to plan and schedule my posts without having to worry about it in real time.
Love the smart inbox, but could be much more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox is really good, use it almost daily for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it often overwelming and little intuitive, thats even worse in the app.

Sprout Social makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts from one convenient platform while also viewing engagement analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there are issues with Facebook metrics showing up in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it makes it really easy to manage and schedule posts without the redundancy of having to login to multiple platforms. The interface is also really easy to navigate. Overall it opens up more time to do other things.
Quality tools, quality support.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy having a tool where people who aren't familiar with Social Media as much as our team can easily access and digest valuable listening data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small gripe: Setting date ranges within sprout affect all reporting dashboards. You can not have individual monthly/quarterly dashboards, but there are workarounds.

Sprout allows us to scale and organize our social media operations with multiple business units within various pillars.

I like that you can connect all social channels to sprout and have one area to view everything that is going on within each page/entity

I think there are some things that I may not be utilizing as they are not super user friendly straight from the get go... It can be hard for new user to understand everything on sprout that is beneficial for their use

Scheduling posts
SproutSocial was the perfect solution for our social posting and sponsor reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use posting to Sprout social is great. The ability to generate quick reports on all social platforms makes it great for our sponsor recaps. The customer support is great as well. The implementation was seamless and turned on within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't love the high cost per user but it seems to be the going rate these days for something like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of partners that we need to provide quarterly social recaps for and Sprout Social made generating these so seamless.
Super helpful social planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and the ease of integration with our social media platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much i dislike! It does take a while to get used to it as there is a lot of detail, which in itself isn't a bad thing at all!
