Sprout is THE social tool for medium to large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule one message to multiple accounts and customize each one. The reporting is phenomenal. I also appreciate the approval process for each post. It's also incredibly helpful to have one social inbox for multiple pages. Sprout offers great webinars and resources to help make your job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the ability to send a post for approval to a person who is not a Sprout user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple social media pages and Sprout makes it easy to bring them all together under one roof to manage and analyze them. It's also great having one inbox for messages from multiple accounts.
Great Growth - Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one platform and my fingertips has given me time back to strategize content and breakdown KPIs, in return making our social strategy more effective and powerful. The employee Advocacy program has also been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to have great tools for DTC type use cases with not as many B2B feautres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User friendly with helpful resources
What do you like best about the product?
The vast array of resources have helped me learn a lot about social media management. I also really appreciate all of the reporting I am to do through Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive. I also wish there was an integration with Asana, our project management software, because that would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, reporting, and transparency. Sprout allows me to more easily schedule out our social media calendar. I'm also able to pull reports that i can share with my team members which I've found very helpful.
Easy to pick-up social management platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprout is how intuitively everything is designed. It's allowed me to onboard several members of my team and they've had no issues with learning how to use Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization uses Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM. It seems like integration with the Dynamics platform might be a little more complex than other integrations that Sprout offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to schedule our social media content in advance. It also gives us social media analytics and allows us to create lists to track our top engagers and influencers.
Intuitive & Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, the guides and help articles are always useful, overall it meets our basic needs for publishing and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed with the cost to access the API. As a company who focuses on metrics and reporting, it is cumbersome to gather data from Sprout manually to provide to leadership. More accessible integration with BI systems like Power BI or access to the API would increase satisfation quite a bit.

Sprout Social Oganizing Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can preset my posts and don't have to go into multiple accounts to post or check results
What do you dislike about the product?
When I've left for holiday Sprout disconnected our social profiles and I missed several scheduled posts

I am able to view analytics from all my accounts in one place
The best social-media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
What's best about Sprout Social is that everything you need to manage and understand your social-media management and performance is all in one place. It's easy to access and everything makes sense. Sprout can handle multiple platforms and accounts, making it perfect for a small agency like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be issues connecting with accunts. For instance, admin privileges for one of my clients was with another agency which had gone out of business. We couldn't retrieve the passwords and privileges, and couldn't connect the accounts to Sprout. But that's not a Sprout thing as much as it is a Meta thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us track social-media performance and giving us insight into the larger conversations surrounding my clients' brands.
Making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout daily in my job. It not only brings in all of my notifications and comments into one, easy to read window, it allows me to easily post to each of my accounts at one time. Further than that, it knows the best times to post to my channels based on our follower's activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, and it's not entirely Sprout's fault, but the social media platforms continually change their API rules, making it hard at times to get accurate numbers.

I use Sprout daily in my job. It not only brings in all of my notifications and comments into one, easy to read window, it allows me to easily post to each of my accounts at one time. Further than that, it knows the best times to post to my channels based on our follower's activity. Srpout also has very stout reporting capabilities allowing me to measure my success and compare it to our competitors.

Sprout makes it simple and efficient to post to our numerous social media channels while also tracking data and reviews in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule out my posts ahead of time instead of having to post in real time everyday which has been a huge time saver!
Great client success services. Pretty good product.
What do you like best about the product?
We switched our CSM a few months ago and it's been a gamechanger. He is responsive and strategizes with our team. The Arb community, webinars, and resources for practitioners/Sprout admins is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool is OK at best. There are also no features like a quick insights function to do research previous trends, hashtag usage, content inspiration, etc. on social.

Having one place for all publishing, performance, and listening.
