Time-Saving Tool for Social Management

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social invaluable for efficiently managing our social media activities, particularly for scheduling posts and consolidating our social community management in one place. This integration enables seamless management of all social accounts across multiple brands, providing ease and saving substantial time. The platform's capability to facilitate scheduling across various brand accounts and channels, and to engage with comments directly, makes my social media management tasks considerably streamlined. The fact that everything I need is consolidated in a single platform contributes significantly to this efficiency. Additionally, setting up Sprout Social was super easy, which greatly facilitated our transition as we previously did not use any dedicated social media management tool. The ease of integration with other tools, such as our DAM Bynder, further enhances the value Sprout Social brings to our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the aspect of paying influencers challenging when using Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to save time on social media by scheduling posts, managing communities, and reporting performance, all from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posts and scheduling visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a little bit more robust. We reply on the reporting too for metrics on social for a governance view, so it'd be good to build that out more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Sprouts Social solved is being able to see metrics accurately. From the reports, we are able to have meaningful discussions on strategy and improve on our social presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social allows me to schedule and monitor social media activities all in one place, which immensely streamlines my work process. The platform’s capability to handle comments and manage spam effectively stands out to me as a significant advantage, making the process of engaging with the audience much smoother and more efficient. Switching from Hootsuite, Sprout Social provides a much more advanced and robust solution for social media monitoring, which was lacking before. Moreover, its very easy initial setup made the transition smooth and hassle-free, which is a huge plus. Overall, my experience with Sprout Social has been fantastic, as reflected in my likelihood of recommending it with a high rating of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if Sprout Social could automatically hide spam and bot comments/messages. This feature would enhance the platform's efficiency in handling unwanted content, allowing for a more streamlined user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to consolidate social media monitoring and scheduling, solving issues of using multiple platforms. It streamlines managing comments and spam, improving time management and ensuring I don't lose reviews or questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fantastic. They are extremely helpful and always willing to lend a hand. Their social media management system is great and their influencer software is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features when it comes to setting up automated rules that I would like to see incorporated and there are some other things that are not entirely Sprout's fault, but the social platforms themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a social team of one is a nightmare, but Sprout allows me to accomplish a lot as one person.

I find Sprout Social incredibly easy to use, which is a significant advantage for managing a large number of social media accounts seamlessly. I find it limiting that there are no self-service options for adding new users and seats.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use in my day-to-day work. I use Sprout every day to post content to a variety of social media platforms. It's also been a simple tool to integrate and implement among my team of social media producers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features it sometimes becomes hard to sift through. However, that's just me speaking personally!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the biggest problem-solver of Sprout. We have large amounts of content to post on social media each day, so Sprout makes that process much easier -- especially in a crunch!

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other systems I have used, I find Sprout to be really easy to use with robust features that are easy to understand. I particularly like the AI assistance and the ability schedule in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expense compared to other solutions. But features and ease of use are superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource and time management with its robust scheduling. Assistance with generating ideas from links and previous top posts is also a big help.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to schedule all my content ahead of time, which means I don't have to stress about missing a posting deadline. The suggested posting times are genuinely useful. I'm also pleased that I can view all my analytics in one place, as this really simplifies reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I really enjoy using Sprout Social, though I do feel that a few features are missing that would make it even more useful. For example, I wish it were possible to tag people on Instagram and LinkedIn directly through the platform. This might be asking a lot, but when uploading covers for reels, I would also appreciate the ability to adjust how the cover appears on the Instagram profile feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been a valuable tool for managing our content creation, and the analytics feature gives us insight into what is effective and what could be improved. The Social Listening tool is especially useful when conversations about us arise due to specific issues. However, I do wish it could retrieve more messages from a wider range of platforms. In my experience, it mainly pulls messages from X and Reddit. Additionally, the need for specific hashtags makes it difficult to gather messages from Instagram, since not everyone includes hashtags in their posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and easy it is to navigate Sprout Social. It saves me a lot of time, particularly when it comes to posting to all of our social media for an apartment complex. The platform makes it easy to create multiple posts and post to multiple sites at once, which significantly reduces the effort and time required for social media management. I find these features incredibly beneficial for streamlining my workflow and ensuring efficient management of our social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think an AI bot would be pretty cool. Maybe one that can give us ideas on how to improve our posts.
