Been using sprout for 6 years and LOVE IT!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content. Responding to DM's from all our sites in our spot. Custom reports. User friendly experience. Easy to learn and use for my team. Great data! Social Listening. Task workflow proccess. Pulls in realtime data. The number of features offered with teh advanced analytics plan. LOVE ALL THE DEMOGRAPHIC AND INSIGHTS ON OUR AUDIENCE!
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting discrenpcies with paid and non paid KPI's happen often. No influencer integration. No where to search for new ambassadors or inflluencers on the platform. Account Managers take longer than preffered to respond when an Issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout offers in-depth analytics that displays feedback on how your social content is performing and what content performs best. The platform makes reporting easy, you are able to track and understand your performance using its analytics.Custom Reports is a huge feature for us! We love the custom reports feature and use it weekly if not more! We are able to schedule all of our content on multiple social media platforms ahead of time and it effortlessly automates and publlishes the content to the platform when approved for scheduled. Sprout streamlines your workflow by offering Team Collaboration. This tool allows for real time communication with your team members. You Can also see and respondd to all your feedback in one place. The smart inbox feature is perfect for brands who oversee multiple brands under one corporation. This allows for my social team to see all facebook messages, IG comments, IG DM's etc.
Smart, Simple and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its a global tool. It's so helpful to have an SMM tool that works across our regions so seamlessly. All users shared that is was very easy to get trained on the tool and to ensure max visibility. Customer support is also one thing I enjoy about Sprout, there is always someone there to help when my team or myself has questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the employee advocacy side had more robust features. There are some little things that could be done to make major impacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no management tool before Sprout so the platform has been a game changer for my team and our regional teams. We now have increased visibility across teams and little to no mistakes are happening now.
Social Media Strategy: Paid, Analytics, and Partnerships
What do you like best about the product?
EASE OF USE! This is my favorite platform to have all social related items in one place. Its easy to keep track of reports, community management, content cals, and approvals all in one spot. With reporting, i appreciate the outlines of each metric and how its calculated.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few missing integrations: Meta Instagram paid metrics, TikTok ads, posting collabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting metrics in an easy and digestible format that takes hours to complete manually. Reviewing social media posts in one place and ensure we stay up to date on timelines for review/approval process.
Best Organization and Strategy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social keeps me super organized. I live in Sprout Social, probably spend 15+ hours a week in the system. I love being able to plan months in advance as well as keep all of my analytics in one place. The reports that I can pull from Sprout are next level and really helps me make proper strategies based on performance. The team is super easy to work with any time I have a question or concerns. I also love their monthly webinars with industry experts. And their podcast is awesome too!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule tiktoks from my sprout app with music integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They keep us organized and accountable.
Great Social Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to implement and haven't had any technical issues thus far. It's a great place to schedule all of our social posts quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approvals workflow could be a bit better - it would be nice to have a way to move through all/multiple post approvals instead of clicking on each new approval via View Post.

Keeping all of our social channels in one place with the ability to schedule out our months.

A one stop shop, workspace for a team of people.
Amazing software for handling multiple social platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
Our (small) marketing team loves Sprout! We have been using it for about a year or so and we schedule/post to several social platforms for several internal and external clients. We love the centralization of it all - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way. The grouping feature is extremely helpful for us so that we can see what is only happening and being scheduled for each brand/company. Anytime we've had issues with spam, we get quick responses back on how and what to do to fix the problem. Being able to share the calendars with our clients is also very helpful! We are given the option to use a link or a pdf. This allows our client to give us feedback on what we are scheduling and they can only see their stuff. We use Sprout daily and would be lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
We get a ton of spam and hidden reviews and I am constantly deleting them from Sprout or trying to remove tags within the social platform. I was told we had to upgrade our account to be able create a rule that would help with this, but we're not prepared to spend more money at this point.

Filtering and conversation history, managing comments for several platforms all at once.
Efficient and insightful
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout helps my team be more efficient with their social media response times. Set up was easy! Customer support is quick to respond. We use it daily so it's important for a daily tool to add value. And Sprout does!
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to see more robust reporting features that help us surface common complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting us out of the Meta platform has been a great. Sprout is much easier to navigate and lets us see the whole history of a customer's interactions with our social media accounts.
Sprout makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sprout centralizes all content from all platforms makes life a lot easier, as there is hardly a need to visit the individual platforms. Makes working smoother and faster. The customer service provided is also very reliable. It makes it very easy alosto track trends as well as stay uptodate with the market via data provided as well as various online seminars/workshops most of which are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times scheduled posts fail to publish for whatever reason. Whether it be an issue with Sprout at the time or the individual platforms that require you to then post manually. A feature where Sprout automatically retries would be nice because sometimes you do see the notification too far after the fact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from the ease of access. The analytic side of sprout gives you all the data needed to know if your content is meeting the relevant targets and how impactful it is.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout social for social media at my job for almost two years. In those two years, I've found the ease of use to be the thing about Sprout that makes logging in to be something I get excited about. Creating social posts to schedule out is quick and with as much as we use Sprout for social posts, it's also been interesting to explore the social listening tool for brand reputation and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally have anything that I dislike about using Sprout because this is the first social platform I've used in my career, so I don't have anything to compare it to negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is great at helping the credit union I work for listen in for where we're mentioned on the web. I think this is a major benefit that has helped us as social media managers, as we've been preparing to merge with another credit union that is much larger than us. By helping us see where the other credit union is mentioned at frequently, we're able to be in the know of how our brand's reputation is in the community.
