What do you like best about the product?
As a team of just one, it can be hard to juggle everything social. Sprout makes it much easier to get everything done by myself
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to schedule across social channels that have different posting requirements, ie LinkedIn and X from one dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes scheduling posts so easy, which is a huge help. They also making tracking metrics a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy the ability to schedule posts on Sprout and be able to see when others on my team are planning to post. It is incredibly easy to use and the collaboration aspect is great. The reporting feature is also great, it makes it easy for me to pull the data I need for my quarterly social audits and reviews. When creating content to publish, the feature that automatically shows you peak times makes it incredibly easy to choose a time that the post will get the most visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I necessarily dislike it, but I don't really use the reviews/social listening aspect of Sprout. We have a different team that monitors those things, so for me it's an unimportant access. Accounts will occasionally get disconnected and we need to go through and reconnect, but this could be a security feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Sprout for scheduling our social media posts and managing our accounts. It makes it easy for our team to manage everything in once place and see what other users are doing. Additionally, the reporting tab makes by quarterly audits/reports incredibly easy to do because all of the data I want is in one central place to export.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the number of days a post to be scheduled increased over 20 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SproutSocial helps me schedule social media posts. It also is an easy way to watch X.com inboxes and mentions.
Great UX
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes the process of scheduling posts, responding to messages, and pulling reports an absolute breeze. This helps when bringing in new team members up to speed, or explaining details of recent reports and messages to team members in other departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some techincal issues that happen from time to time. Additionally, would like some more options in terms of the paid analytics tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us free up bandwidth for team members by saving time, while allowing us to proerly track our social media performance.
One Stop Shop for all my Social Media Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love every aspect of Sprout Social that is available on my current plan, but if I had to pick just one reature it would be their reports. Sprout combines data from all the channels our brand is connected to and provides real, actionable insights that I can use to drive strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! But if I had to pick something, I'd say price point. It's a great value for the money, but small businesses, nonprofits orgs, and other places with limited budget might struggle to justify the cost -- though I think they are priced fairly for this software market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves time by allowing me to publish across all channels in one place. I can also track relevant goals through custom tagging, which informs be as to how well certain strategic initiatives are meeting intended goals. Tagging feeds in to the reporting feature, allowing me to create custom reports for stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social truly feels like a one-stop tool for many of the things I do every day in the social space. I can quickly see what's coming up on our schedule, make changes, monitor conversations, and collaborate with the team in the same platform, which is really great. I feel that Sprout stays on top of social media manager needs and trends in the space, and I trust that they're giving us the best they've got.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only consistent struggle is reporting. There have been many new features, and for quick, simple reporting it's great. But I often find myself piecing together Sprout reporting with other channels that I manage and/or have access to. It's very difficult to centralize ALL reporting, so I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me manage all content alongside our agency in one spot, which makes collaboring much easier. I love the workflows. The customer service features allow me to quickly address issues coming in through DMs or public comments, and I love the ability to tag certain cases, automate certain tasks, etc. It's making it so easy to train new team members to help me when I'm out of the office too.

What do you like best about the product?
Our dedication team has alwasy been fantastic and so helpful! It was a seemless transition to the platform and always helping us find ways to use it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Behind on updating emojis in the platform.

Being able to plan our content ahead of time has been a total game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we have multiple social channels to manage for our brand, Sprout Social makes it easy to see all messages, comments and tags in one place for our team to easily manage and review. It also makes scheduling content in advance a breeze! I love the out-of-the-box reporting capabilities. Overall, it's created a lot of efficiencies for our small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost - it's expensive to add additional team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our small team to easily navigate and respond to all of our customer service inquiries as well as easily schedule posts. We also use workflows for content approvals which saves us time not having to use other outside platform methods.
The best publishing tool for social media pros!
What do you like best about the product?
There's so many tools to optimize strategy. Not only are there so many tools, they're easy to implement and user friendly. Their customer support is always there with speedy response times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find because there are SO many tools, it's hard to teach a new team member how to navigate all the offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best posting times. Sprout Social is constantly providing insights to aid in strategic decision making.
