What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature in Sprout Social, which helps with scheduling posts and managing approvals. My experience with the initial setup was good, and I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to respond to comments through Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and approvals, which helps streamline my social media management. However, I find it challenging to respond to comments.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout Social is its clean, intuitive interface and robust analytics. It makes it simple to manage multiple social accounts, schedule content, and view clear insights on performance and audience engagement—all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the pricing, which can be steep for small teams or individual users. Some advanced reports and features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and at times the customization options can feel somewhat limited.

Sprout Social helps centralize social media management by bringing scheduling, monitoring, and analytics together in one platform. It saves time, streamlines content planning, and makes it easier to use data-driven insights to improve engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to centralize the management of our brand's presence across different social media platforms, and the unified reporting and smart inbox features are what stand out the most to me. The smart inbox eliminates the need to jump between apps, allowing us to resolve all customer queries in half the time. Meanwhile, unified reporting automates our data collection, providing instant, presentation-ready insights that help me adjust my strategy weekly. The initial setup was very intuitive; connecting six platforms was seamless, and the interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing structure can be steep, especially since some advanced features are locked behind higher tiers. Also, the social listening tools have a bit of a learning curve and could be more intuitive. I'd suggest better noise filtering where AI should more effectively filter out irrelevant mentions without complex manual setup. Improved detection of sarcasm and industry specific slang would ensure data reliability.

I use Sprout Social to centralize our brands' social media management, saving time by avoiding multiple logins. The Smart Inbox speeds up query resolution, while unified reporting automates data collection, providing quick insights for strategy adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to manage our organic social channels, and I appreciate the scheduling, inbox, and reporting features. It saves quite a lot of time for me with many small features that make things run smoother and quicker. I really like the user interface; the learning curve was quite short compared to other platforms I've used, and I enjoy the layout and the way you move around the platform. The AI integrations are really helpful, and they stood out compared to competitors. The trial period really helped to get a head start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with some programs we are using, like Canto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me a lot of time with features that make things smoother and quicker. The AI integrations stood out compared to Brandwatch, enhancing usability.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers some of the best social media reporting I have encountered. In addition, it is user-friendly and integrates smoothly into our workflows and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's pricing has become excessive. Since we began using the platform, the cost per seat and per social account has increased significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first challenge it helped us overcome was managing social media. After that, reporting became much easier as well. It created attractive, easy-to-read reports for both us and our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for social publishing across different channels simultaneously. It makes it easy to publish once and post everywhere, which solves the hassle of making social media posts across each platform. The analytics module in Sprout Social has been a blessing, as it helps me understand how well the published post is performing, providing a feedback loop to understand what my audience wants. Additionally, I found the initial setup quite easy, thanks to the helpful tutorial at the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that social listening works great but sometimes there are delays. Also, it would be wonderful to have a feature to bring my own channels or 3rd party chatbots and to integrate Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me publish posts across all social platforms effortlessly. The analytics module is a blessing, providing insights into post performance and audience reaction, creating a feedback loop to understand audience preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social mainly for publishing social media content, replying to inbox messages, and reporting. I like the smart inbox the best, as well as the tag tool. It lets me manage all of my social platforms in one place, which is super convenient. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could definitely be better reporting - the custom reporting plan is way out of our budget. I would like to see more graphs and charts, rather than just tables of data, so I can copy and paste them into presentations and visualize the data better.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how organized and easy it makes social media management. When I worked at Foundever handling AVG and Avast customer support, Sprout Social helped us monitor messages, comments, and mentions across multiple platforms all in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use. Features like tagging, scheduling, and analytics made it simpler to manage high message volumes. It also helps teams work together effectively without missing any customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ only thing I was not really happy with is that there were times when the platform would take some time to sync messages or refresh the feed, and this happened usually during the period of high traffic. Besides that, the price may seem a little too high for small businesses, but for such teams as large ones, the cost is definitely worth it considering the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Social was a great tool for handling customer conversations on various social media networks in a seamless way. The company was able to respond to customers in less time, team members were more effectively coordinated, and they received valuable insights into the engagement trends. So, essentially, it was instrumental in enabling our team to provide quick and good customer service while at the same time keeping a strong brand presence ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌online.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for paid social media reporting. I like how it aggregates paid social KPIs in one place and makes them easy to read. It's really approachable and easy to connect accounts. I appreciate that I don't need a higher level of technical abilities to grab reporting, and the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule reports on a daily basis using 'date' column and there is no direct connector of data into Tableau or Data Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social aggregates paid social KPIs in one place, easy to read, approachable, and connects accounts effortlessly. I don't need advanced technical skills to grab reporting.
