I really appreciate that with Sprout Social, I can manage everything related to social media in one centralized platform, which greatly enhances my workflow efficiency. The feature that stands out the most for me is the capability to view and manage inboxes, schedule posts with the calendar, and utilize Sprout Link, which provides a seamless experience in handling click-through data and insights. The competitor benchmarking within Sprout Social is another aspect I value; it allows me to gauge my social media performance against others in the industry effectively. Additionally, the reporting tools are incredibly useful, offering comprehensive data and insights that help drive strategic decisions for our social media campaigns. Setting up Sprout Social was quite easy for me, especially since I have prior experience with the platform, making the onboarding process smooth. Overall, the features and tools Sprout Social offers empower me to streamline our social media management effortlessly.

It's easy to understand. I can navigate what I need fairly easily.

It can be glitchy with small things. For example, when I try to tag people from LinkedIn, often times they don't show up.

I really like how easy it is to use and navigate Sprout Social, which makes managing social media platforms smooth and efficient. The approval path process is particularly useful for maintaining quality assurance as it ensures that every post image and copy goes through a final review before publication. I appreciate the reliability of the platform; we haven't experienced any technical glitches that disrupted our workflow. The analytics provided by Sprout Social are also very easy to understand; they allow us to compile important metrics quickly and easily across different channels, which is invaluable for creating executive-level reports. Transitioning from Hootsuite, I found Sprout Social to be far more user-friendly. Its initial setup was seamless; all we had to do was connect our social media channels, and we were ready to start using the platform. This ease and efficiency make Sprout Social a tool I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the requirement for manual mobile publishing inconvenient, as it increases the chances of missing notifications and leads to delays or missed publishing of content. Additionally, I wish Sprout Social could fully integrate with major social media channels to eliminate the need for manual publishing entirely.

Revolutionized Our Data Access with Smart Inbox and Listening Features
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been phenomenal for us to get access to a new set of data that we wouldn't have the ability to tap into before. The ability to have all the data in csv's in the smart inbox and listening topics have been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the API integration process could be refined for business orgs. It's already very well documented, but I believe having a streamlined process setup to help organizations onboard this data into their data lakes could be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us analyze how people are talking about our company. Being in the fintech space, things move so quickly. Sprout helps us stay on top of it all. The amount of features loaded into the tool is phenomenal too. Always feels like they have so much covered.

I find Sprout Social quick and easy to use, which I particularly like. The intuitive handling saves me time, and the user-friendliness is generally fine. Additionally, I appreciate the AI tool from Sprout Social, which I find particularly valuable for customer service. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy, which made my experience even more positive. Overall, I would recommend Sprout Social to a friend or colleague with a full 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I hope there will be a changes for posting photos and videos. That can be more better.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything that doesn't work well. I would like the ability to tag accounts in the photos. Sometimes tagging accounts can be glitchy. Also, I can't tag Instagram accounts in captions for some reason?

I find Sprout Social incredibly intuitive, which makes learning and navigating the system seamless and straightforward. I rarely encounter issues, which speaks to the platform's reliability. The tagging and campaign features are a standout for me, as they significantly streamline the process that I used to do manually, thus saving me substantial time when analyzing campaigns and reporting metrics to clients. The ability to manage a steady stream of content for clients and gain insights into competitors' activities—seeing what's effective and what's not—enhances our strategic approach. The ease of initial setup was a pleasant surprise, creating a smooth transition for our team. Additionally, I am impressed by how comprehensive and satisfactory the system has been as the first social management tool we tried, eliminating any need to explore alternatives. What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how accounts get disconnected. It's frustrating when accounts get disconnected and have to be re-enabled. When accounts are disabled from Sprout Social, the scheduled content is not published, nor is it queued to get published. Since I'm not in the system every day, if an account gets disabled, I might not know until I log in and see the notifications. Then I need to go back and re-schedule content.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule out content on multiple platforms in advance. With the amount of sponsored content we have, this has been a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but something that could be improved or added is a why to schedule one post to go on all platforms but tag the sponsor appropriately or platform. Right now we have to create three separate posts.

Sprout Social helps us a ton with tagging sponsored posts so we can accurately give reports throughout the season.
