Love this program so much that I brought it to my new job
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality and interface. It's incredibly user-friendly, and it has a very clean look. The app is also fantastic. Support is awesome when needed. I've been a fan for almost 10 years now, and one of the first changes I made in my new job was to switch from another software to Sprout. The Advanced Plan is amazing, especially with the new Ai features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is glitchy, but it's minor stuff, like showing badge notifications when there aren't any unread notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to consolidate our messaging. Everything lives in the smart inbox, and that's perfect for ease of use. Customer reviews also are a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy sprout due to its accessible navigation style, and it's clean and easy webpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes small bugs can appear, like when utilizing the smart inbox feature the like widget will not appear. Other then that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to all viewers and customers of our social pages. This allows for valuable engagement where I could not do anywhere else. Posting and scheduling social posts to strategic and specific times of the day or week.

I found the onboarding very structured and helpful. I love the fact that you can configure everything yourself but that they are guiding you on how to do that.

I havent found anything I do not like yet

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting and scheduling different social media posts. I'd like Sprout to improve story sharing as they often mismatch sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot post seamless carousels because they do not match. Therefore, we always have to post them directly from our phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"It's helpful to centralize all our posts from different social media outlets in one calendar, and it gives us the option to send them for approval before they go live. It's a great way to share media with zero errors."
Complicated to look for
What do you like best about the product?
It gives a great view of the things we take care of for our business, and it's little friendly with the information

Sometimes looking for dashboards it's a little complicated as ti does not describes the usage.

It gives an easier visibility of the interaction from the support and the customer.
Easy one stop shop for social media
What do you like best about the product?
Great overview of every app, get to see statistics . Everything is gathered on Sprout (no need for additional analytics)

Usability of the tool. I havent been trained yet

It helps track our reach on social media, as well as client's feedback
New to Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Social Scheduler is way better than a previoud vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the reporting needs some work. It pull per day instead a whole month.

Such a breeze when it comes to scheduling post and looking for insights
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it so that users can easily navigate through their software and easily manage all their social accounts. Its used daily to gage analytics of how our post are doing. Easily integrated to be able to post to whatever account needed with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would work on UI/UX as when looking fro things i have to click four icons just to figure out where a specific options are. I jjust wish there were less steps for some features as sometimes i give up on an implementation of a certain features.

Exactly which accounts are preforming the best and what we may be able to change through the analysis of our content.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few other social management tools and IMO Sprout is the best. We manage multiple accounts for different locations and they make it easy to see everything + get things posted. Much more user friendly than some other programs. Easy to onboard my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When posting the same post to multple platforms, I wish Sprout would let you change how each message appears, i.e. letting you remove a link for instagram. But that's really the only downside I face right now.

We have a lot of accounts because we have a twitter, instagram + facebook for each of our locations, which is all managed internally. Sprout makes it easy to keep everything seperate
