What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like the most is the simplicty of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing a dislike is the rapidity of the software sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout social i can easily answer to CX.

Great Platform to Manage Social Media Channels

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly convenient to create, manage, and schedule content for multiple social media channels in one place. It's also very satisfying to see how my posts would look before posting with the preview feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is just having to create a scheduled draft for each social media platform due to the differences in each platform (i.e. can't incorporate hashtags to all posts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping figure out areas that need to be improved on when I push out content, and it also helps me with data to see what kind of content is working and what doesn't.

Sprout is a helpful tool everyday as Social Media Support

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's features aligns with our needs everyday. It is very easy to use and friendly hence simplifying social media interactions and managing analytics. It means that with Sprout I can follow conversations, trends more efficiently making my responsibility as a social media manager both effectual and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Sprout is still new, there are integrations that are still not available lik Tiktok, Youtube, and Instagram Reels. However, in our experience with the platform, they have consistently resolved issues by implementing fixes and making ongoing improvements to features, while also actively taking user requests and feedback into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us carry out our tasks in an organized manner which made us very effective and efficient. As a Social Media Advocate, managing messages comments and mentions across different platformas can be very challenging. However, with Sprout, it helps us provide our services in a timely manner.

Centralized social media management has been amazing.

There seems to be no access to Instagram's story/reels editing tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. Everything is layed out clear and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now I have enjoyed using Sprout so far.

Sprout social helps me schedule final social media posts faster and allows me to loop my director back in.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social as a team enterprise and as an individual member. The tools are a great resource but mostly, the analytics and reporting capabilities are by far the best I have ever used for providing consistent deep dives and readability to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall cost is tough to swallow. Without a dedicated funding resource to support the cost, it is not sustainable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides consistant and user-friendly reporting to develop short and long-term strategy development.
Competitive review and tagging campaigns is a great resource for reviewing and measuring results.

Nothing at this stage. So far it is quite easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a centralized location to view all social media posts across every single social media platform, especially in environment where multiple posts are going out a day across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the best time to post feature; however, if you are making multiple posts across multiple platforms you have to post individually to get the most optimal time for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The optimal time can only be posted individually not bulk so I have to go one by one when making mast posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's reporting capabilities are unmatched. I've used several social media management tools, and nothing comes close to the reports I'm able to create (and easily share) in Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the calendar view is a bit overwhelming. It's hard to get a read on upcoming content at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were very limited in our reporting when using other social media tools. Sprout has made it easy to create reports quickly, and sharing them is easy. Also, when managing multiple accounts, tools like their scheduing queue and optimal publishing times, are very handy.
