What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and the ability to add profiles easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are costly, like social listening and if you need back data (12 months) you need to pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If your agency has multiple accounts then its better to have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform to use, worked across all the channels I needed (Facebook, Instgram, X, Youtube and Linkedin). Great scheduling and reporting tools with visualisations or options to download as CSV files. The ability to create cases and assign to others was also super useful when working in teams with multiple subject matter experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
An autorefresh feature in the smart inbox would be great to have.
The 'optimal times' feature for posts sometimes recommended wierd hours to make posts (e.g. 2 am)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage a busy and full publication schedule across multiple channels

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes publishing multiple things super easy, I use it once every two weeks to schedule out content and I'm good to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complex, and I don't like that you can't customize what your homepage is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making my life a lot easier when trying to post a lot of social content to our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule out as far in advance as I'd like to without having to worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only problem I am coming across is that my Sprout has been a bit laggy when scheduling out posts, but other than that it has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have lots of issues finding analytics of posts, but now its all in one spot which I love.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the reporting details in Sprout. I get to see how my brand is doing on social every week and compare different campaigns or tags. It's been helpful to get into the nitty-gritty of my social channels.

A little bit harder to duplicate posts easily

Altho it is easy to use, the overall layout can be overwhelming to first-time users and may take some time to adjust.

What do you like best about the product?

I wouldn't say I have noticed any downsides to using Sprout.

It can feel a bit overwhelming if your sole job is not social media management. For those trying to tackle insights on your own without a designated manager, it is quite a lot to try to understand and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program helps me gauge what my actual social stats are across platforms and what I can try to do to tackle any issues I've scoped out with the insights from Sprout

An all-in-one social media tool that ticks all the boxes

What do you like best about the product?
Having worked in both agencies and in-house, I love that Sprout Social is useful for managing multiple clients at the same time, or just one really effectively. It has excellent simple reporting mechanisims that's all easy to modify, and makes scheduling a breeze with draft modes and approval processes.

My favourite feature has to be the community management tool though, which I used daily. It is easy to track conversations, tag them to monitor sentiment and themes, and makes working with customer service and marketing teams so much easier.

The customer support is also really helpful and our dedicated agent is always quick to reply and helps with set up, new user introductions and getting to know features better. It's super easy to integrate with all social media channels and set up/implementation can be done really quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish Sprout could do better is separating organic vs paid social media results in reporting for all channels. There are workarounds, but would love if this became easier and one-click rather than having to put in more manual effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing everything you need into one place so that you're not having to go to all the different channels to implement, analyse and provide customer service. That saves me loads of time and means I can get a bigger picture across all channels, making life simpler. It's also great for working collaboratively with third parties such as agencies who help with our marketing.
