Smart Inbox Keeps Every Customer Interaction in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the Smart Inbox. It consolidates all messages and comments from different platforms into one stream, which saves me a lot of time and ensures I never miss a customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app, while functional, doesn't offer the full range of desktop features, which can be limiting for on-the-go management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of fragmented communication. Managing multiple platforms natively was overwhelming and led to missed messages. Now, with the Smart Inbox, I can manage all interactions in one place. This benefits me by significantly reducing response times and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Intuitive, Fast Scheduling & Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is intuitive, fast, and allows for very specific reporting with campaigns and tagging - which is critical when it comes to proving organic social's success with different content formats and topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's listening tool is a bit limited for a company with a name such as NiCE, and we still have to do a manual listening sweep for mentions. Hoping this gets easier with AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making administrative work (the scheduling, reporting, etc.) as fast as possible, so there is more time to be strategic, research creative concepts, and create holistic social media campaigns.

Comprehensive Reporting but Lags in Latest Social Features

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content and tracking stats on social media. I like that it helps me see everything all in one place for multiple platforms. I appreciate the reporting feature because I can find out so much information on my accounts. It helps me pull numbers for my company's reports on our social performance, and I appreciate how detailed I can get with the stats. Also, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social tends to be behind when Meta makes updates to their platforms. We can't always use the fun features on Meta apps through Sprout. It would be nice if Sprout allowed more social features other than just scheduling and tagging. I would love to be able to add collaborators for posts directly from Sprout or add locations or music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content and tracking stats. It helps me see everything in one place for multiple platforms, and I love the detailed reporting for pulling social performance numbers.

Easy to Use, Quick Setup

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use and we were able to quickly get it up and running for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a preview of the post image or video consumers were commenting on vs. just the first few characters of the post copy. I also wish the reply dialogue came up in the same window vs. opening in a different one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily find consumer comments and posts.

Extremely User-Friendly Calendar View with Helpful Optimal Times

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly, I love how the calendar is fully laid out for the month so you can see all your posts at once. The "optimal times" feature when scheduling content was a great addition when we first started using Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the "Smart Inbox" was a little easier to navigate, sometimes I feel as though the filter doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between the field marketing team and the digital marketing team, we can chat right on Sprout Social. It makes the approval process for our posts seamless.

You can cross post across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't include TikTok as one of the available platforms

Sprout social makes it easier for me to save time by cross posting to different social media sites. It is saving me time while also giving me data and analytics to go over.

I dislike how videos can upload weird, or it is sometimes unclear why a photo/video isn't working to publish

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout saves me time when publishing by making toggling between platforms efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sprouts UX feels a bit crowded and it can be overwhelming. Unsure if its the colors or the tightness of the functions on the screen but it can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is creating a place for communication between team members and approval process that speeds up our posting schedule. The listening and inbox features also make it easier to manage our brand online.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to pull profile performance metrics for all of my brands across all platforms. It gives me the ability to get what I need quickly and efficiently. Also the ease of publishing content on various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has run into some technical issues when publishing. The paid performance and profile performance don’t match up, which means I have to do extra manual work to make sure my reporting is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool brings together the ability to pull metrics without doing it manually, ease of publishing, and community management in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social's reporting functions are really advanced and offer insights in a way that is helpful. The AI summaries help pick out some of the more gleaning pieces of information that are helpful for communicating to our team more broadly about what our successes and takeaways are. The customization of the reports to be able to pull just the data important to our team, especially as KPIs, is very important for assessing the return on investment for particular campaigns. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, especially because of the onboarding process from Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the nonprofit rate could be revisited. At a time when nonprofits are stretched really thin, the rate is still pretty high for nonprofits that want to utilize this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content across multiple accounts, which saves time and improves planning. Its advanced reporting functions offer helpful insights, and AI summaries help communicate successes and takeaways to our team.
