What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to manage all social media in one place and It also helps track messages and performance so I can stay organized and respond faster, I am still pretty new to this Sprout Social, but I believe it is one of the best applications for managing social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit expensive, especially for small teams or individuals. Also, it can take a little time to learn all the features at the start as a beginner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps manage all social media messages and posts in one place, so nothing gets missed. It saves time and helps me stay organized, reply faster, and understand what’s working better.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to create and schedule content across multiple profile groups, and to quickly access reporting for that content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their are multi channel limitations to bulk uploading tools making scheduling content difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting can be time consuming so Sprouts reporting tools have easily allowed us to streamline reporting and measure KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for managing, monitoring, and publishing content across all our company's social media channels from a single platform. I love having everything I need in one place, which saves me time from jumping between platforms. It keeps me organized with weekly and monthly content planning and provides easy-to-read analytics. Being able to see comments, mentions, and tags from each platform is extremely useful for monitoring customer interactions. These features help ensure nothing slips through the cracks and allow me to quickly engage with our audience, which is crucial in the banking industry where responsiveness builds trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning how to utilize all aspects of the platform, so it's a bit of a learning curve for me. The reporting tools are very strong and easy to use, but customizing dashboards and exporting tailored reports could maybe be more streamlined. I love a drag-and-drop widget, and if there was an easier way to merge data from different networks, I think this would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing, monitoring, and publishing content across all our social media channels. It centralizes everything, saving me time and keeping me organized. Sprout helps me track engagement with analytics and respond to comments in real time, important in the banking industry.

Comprehensive Social Platform with Pricy Add-Ons

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I enjoy being able to pull reports since it's already all connected to all of my firm's social media accounts. I really like seeing what the numbers are from month to month and appreciate the weekly recap from Sprout Social on what our numbers are looking like from week to week. I also really like having everything in one place, allowing me to leverage it to check and compare numbers from year to year, month to month, or even week to week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the fact that there's a bunch of different add-ons. Like, the premium analytics, I understand that can be an add-on. I just wish that it wasn't so expensive. I wish that they would consider kind of what specific industry they're selling this to because I don't think a law firm would use it the same way that an ad agency would. I kind of wish that there were more streamlined analytics. And I wish we could have access to a little bit more without just having to upgrade, because we can't justify the cost for what we would use in premiere analytics. I do also wish that there was more support on trying to connect Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ads. Like, I don't think it's super easy to connect it. And when it is connected, I wish there was more like, an instruction video or some sort of support. I feel like the numbers vary from sprout social to GA4 or LinkedIn Ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline our scheduling and social media process, keeping everything in one platform and enabling organized workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social allows me to set a schedule for posts across all our social media platforms, which I can monitor from a local level in line with the national cooperative we're a part of. It's really helpful to be able to view posts beforehand and see what they'll look like on each platform, letting us refine the post quality and avoid needing edits after posting. The transition to Sprout Social was quick and easy, too, thanks in part to our national cooperative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use a bunch of tools that you have available while posting directly from the platform itself. Such as stickers, links, font to name a few that really drive the audience to interact or convert on each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me manage our cooperative's scheduled posts, ensuring a consistent local schedule. It allows us to set and view posts across platforms, enhancing post quality without post-publishing edits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The customer service is great, they're readily available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I also enjoy the great in-person events to connect with other practitioners.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has exceeded all my expectations as a social media specialist in the B2B healthcare marketing space. I initially thought it was just for B2C but found it incredibly developed, fast, and efficient after transferring from Loomly. The analytics tools I need are all in my dashboard, and the publishing content calendar is really useful for me. I can take notes, brainstorm, see how my posts perform, and customize content per platform. It also allows me to tag profiles on LinkedIn or Facebook easily with auto-population, saving me time from posting natively. Sprout Social streamlines my media workflow all in one place, and I can trust it to manage my campaigns efficiently. I'm really pleased with it, rating it 10 out of 10, and I probably won't use another planner besides Sprout. The initial setup was incredibly easy and simple, and I'm delighted with how well it's designed and programmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that it would be great to get onboarding. It would have been helpful to have someone kinda walk me through the steps because it is overwhelming to learn the platform at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines my media workflow, offering fast, efficient tools like a publishing calendar and analytics. I can customize per platform, tag profiles easily, and manage everything in one place, reducing the need for native posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social consolidates every platform into one, easy place, saving me time and energy so my mind isn't in a hundred places at once. I enjoy it much more compared to Hootsuite, even though it's more expensive, the price is worth it. The initial setup was very easy, and their account managers rock. I’ve used Sprout Social at previous jobs and would definitely use it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
GIFs aren't viewable as responses, tagging isn't as easy as it feels it should be, but that's about it

Sprout Social helps us respond to comments and direct messages at scale, consolidating everything into one place, which saves time and energy.
