Best for Social Media Managers

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about sprout socia to me is the reports feature. How easy it is to check on your social profile health and your post health. It also is always improving and getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Instagram reel upload feature is severely lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social helps me schedule my posts and not have to worry about poring individually. The listening feature to detect major shifts that may be troublemaker if I post is huge also.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is extremely user-friendly, which is essential for managing the more than 40+ social media pages I handle daily. The ability to upload content directly from the mobile app has been a game changer for my team, as they are out capturing content every day. I also really appreciate the different calendar features. I find myself spending about 90% of my workday on this platform and love how I can do everything from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I rarely experience any issues with Sprout Social. On the few occasions when a problem arises, it is resolved quickly, thanks in large part to the user-friendly customer service chat. I also value having a dedicated account manager available to contact whenever needed.

If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be the ability to view the full calendar and all posted content from that month directly in the mobile app, as this feature is currently only accessible through the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all my social media pages from a single platform is incredibly convenient. Having one central location where I can view and respond to comments and messages makes the whole process much more efficient. There's just so many things I love about it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its powerful analytics and reporting features. The analytics are very strong and customizable, allowing me to tailor the data to meet my specific needs for social media management. What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. It is very user friendly and not difficult for social media users of all levels. It's not hard to understand or train employees on.

I would love if it had more AI features like AI reporting etc. Anything to optimize performance and stay ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social simplifies scheduling by making it easy to schedule multiple posts at once, which enhances efficiency and saves time. The ability to clearly see a week's worth of content is incredibly helpful for planning and ensures smooth social media management. I appreciate the platform's great reporting capabilities, which aid in tracking performance effectively. The ease of use of Sprout Social stands out for me as a significant advantage, making daily tasks straightforward and less time-consuming. Additionally, the customer service is exemplary; the team provides timely responses, and whenever we encounter a problem, they either resolve it or create a ticket on our behalf. It's reassuring to have attentive customer service representatives who ensure everything runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more customization in reports. Specifically, having folders under custom reports would help better organize my reports. Additionally, for publishing, I really wish we could upload photos larger than 5 MB, or have the ability to edit the photos down from larger files to under 5 MB using the platform's editing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Sprout Social eases social media management by allowing scheduling of multiple posts and viewing weekly content. It also excels in reporting and provides responsive customer service to resolve issues quickly.

Unmatched Flexibility and Support for Social Media Management Across Dozens of Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and support it gives to me and my team. I am able to leverage dozens of different social media accounts and channels to reach each of my unique audiences quickly and efficiently. Having used other platforms, none were as efficient, as Sprout seems to assist in understanding my flow and rhythm behind how often I post on each social site.

When it comes to integrating it with my teams it's fantastic. Everyone is able to pick up on it quickly, and there is fantastic documentation and customer support that allows for fast learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the reporting was better visually. The visuals are limiting on it, and only include line graphs, and I would prefer some other charting options to go with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem sprout has solved is allowing me to reach people across all of my channels naturally, with different messaging, quickly and easily. Prior it was significantly harder and more stressful to do.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and basic to use. I use it mainly for social media posting and am a super user on that. I like how it now breaks down by social media platform, that's extremely helpful so I can tag people on the right accounts and apply the right hashtags. Easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support would be helpful. I emailed about this survey and didn't hear back. I sent an email earlier this week.

I would also like the option to put more videos and do carousels on platforms, instead of manually having to do it. Also the option to edit posts that are old or well past the small window of editing that some platforms like Twitter have.

Seamless Transition to Sprout Social—Intuitive, Powerful, and Game-Changing

What do you like best about the product?
I led the decision to transition from HootSuite to Sprout Social, and it was absolutely the right move. The first thing that drew me in was Sprout Social's interface—it's incredibly clean and intuitive. The calendar view for scheduling is straightforward, and the reporting dashboard is comprehensive without being overwhelming. Everything you need is truly right at your fingertips.

Our main motivations for switching were to expand our advocacy program and to gain access to social listening capabilities. For advocacy, we needed more seats, and Sprout delivered on that front. Beyond just the seat expansion, we benefited from robust reporting features that allowed us to assign a dollar value to advocacy shares, which our leadership team really appreciated. Our advocacy engagement rate has also increased significantly, thanks in part to Sprout's topic curation.

When it came to social listening, we recognized its importance but were concerned it might be complicated to implement. However, Sprout made it simple to set up a social listening topic tailored to our needs. This has not only helped us monitor share of voice but has also become a key part of our Reddit strategy development.

What stood out most for me was the onboarding experience. Jess was fantastic—it's rare for onboarding a new platform to be genuinely enjoyable, but I actually looked forward to our weekly calls. By the end of the process, I felt confident in both the platform and my decision to switch. More importantly, the onboarding introduced me to so many ways to elevate our social media efforts with Sprout's features. We've moved far beyond just scheduling and basic reporting to a much more strategic approach, and since making the switch, all our social KPIs have been trending upward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, ever since Sprout enabled scheduling of documents and PDFs for LinkedIn, I haven't found any drawbacks. It's been a seamless experience for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has truly simplified our daily social management tasks, allowing our team to develop new skills and successfully adopt social listening. This has become an essential part of how we shape our social strategy and monitor share of voice. Additionally, Sprout has empowered us to not only grow our social advocacy efforts but also to demonstrate real ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social’s biggest strengths are its intuitive interface and the way it centralizes all key social media workflows in one place. The publishing tools are especially strong, the content calendar is clean, easy to navigate, and makes it simple to plan, schedule, and collaborate on posts across multiple platforms.

The analytics and reporting are another major standout. Sprout provides clear, visually appealing reports that make it easy to understand performance trends and present insights to stakeholders without needing extra formatting or manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is very easy to use and figure out. I think it is broken down and I am able to easily access everything I need it for. Reports, cases, scheduling, unscheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn't like in one of the most recent updates was that I can no longer access the cases from my cell phone. I have to log in to the desktop to be able to review those.
