Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Ive enjoyed my experience with Sprout Social so far. Just finished onboarding and the functionality it provides for all things social is great. The ease of responding to reviews and using their tagging funtionality to categorize feedback is helpful. Cant wait to see how the reports work once we have more data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all review sites are compatible with Sprout so we arent able too connect all of them and will have to manually monitor a few of them. The AI feature needs to be built out more for replying to reviews. It uses the same terminology almost every time and should provide varied responses so companies dont sound redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing all of our social media work into one system which allows Member Service and Marketing teams to collaborate easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The accesibility and speed of the software comapred to other social media management software. Sprout has also allowed me to to integrate multiple social media platforms while also giving me the opportunity to create unique and different digital marketing tactics within each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit troublesome that I cannot schedule Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-platfrom social media posting features increases the efficiency of my oprational tasks.

I wish client could leave comment for revisions for each post.

Sprout Social helps streamline social media management by consolidating multiple platforms into one dashboard. It simplifies content scheduling, monitors engagement, and provides actionable insights through analytics. This saves time, improves collaboration, and enhances audience engagement, ultimately boosting our social media strategy's efficiency and effectiveness.
Very flexible capabilities

The many capabilites of scheduling and the beginngers guide to help those who have never used this platform before.

I have not found anything that I dislike just yet

Scheduling out posts in advance, easy caption creation via AI

What do you like best about the product?
The optimal posting times that Sproutsocial recommends are helpful. it is also nice to be able to schedule posts for all platforms within one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not yet possible to post video media to Pinterest, so we still have to use other tools to post these. There are a lot of restrictions for LinkedIn tagging, and other platforms do not have this issue which can be a bit restricting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video media for Pinterest. I contacted Customer Support and they said that they are working on having this feature in the future.

ability to send client customized calendars for approval and feedback

pricing tiers were too expensive and not flexible medium sized companies

As a regional company it allows our team to manage multiple accounts across multiple platforms
I used sprout social for managing multiple clients ranging from micro to large

for social listening and scheduling across most platforms including YouTube. There was also fast custom support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the subscription we had was a single sign-on so only one person could use it at a time

Multiple platform management with much more than that. It provided a well rounded experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, I mainly use it for reporting purposes and I find creating different dashboards along with the tags is an easy way to keep up to date with my monthly reporting across multiple brands

I think there could be some more metrics to report on all at once instead of individually selected

What do you like best about the product?
Content scheduling is very helpful to stay organized. Growing our social media presence is one of my goals and Sprout Social helps us post consistently, be responsive to our audience with the direct message feature and view analytics to improve our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of customer support can vary, and it sometimes takes a while to resolve issues. Also when I am training new employees on the platform, I have gotten feedback that It is not very intuitive and they disliked the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me as a graphic designer and marketer at San Diego State University by streamlining my workflow and enhancing my social media strategy. The efficient content scheduling, collaboration features, and comprehensive analytics allow me to plan, create and measure the impact of our social media campaigns. Additionally, the platform's direct message management capabilities allow me to respond to inquiries promptly while maintaining brand consistency and using the message approval feature for my assistants to create and me to review.
