The best all-in-one social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease-of-use is probably my favourite element of Sprout Social. I like that social posts can *easily* be edited to fit the requirements of each social platform without beginning each one from scratch. The reports are efficient and, of course, the Smart Inbox is the biggest, greatest time-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is nothing I dislike about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox saves me the time of tracking engagements across each platform separately. I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The tags and reporting element are a clear winner for me. This has helped me siginicantly improve my content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how after you uploading closed captions to videos, you will not see the CC in the left of the video when future referencing the video. This is difficult when I do a final proofread and I can't tell if the SRT files are uploaded in the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps our business monitor all mentions of our brand where we are active on social which helps us maintain our high brand health.
Excellent Tool for Comprehensive Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an excellent tool for organizing, publishing, and analyzing social media content. It is a single dashboard for all major social networks, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and TripAdvisor, and more. Sprout Social’s analytics feature is a significant advantage for the tool, providing detailed insights into post performance, follower growth, and engagement rates. With its collaboration capabilities, Sprout Social is well-suited for teams, facilitating smooth workflows and straightforward content approvals. Additionally, it includes a social listening feature that helps track mentions, keywords, and trends across social media. The AI feature that offers 3 alternative copy options for publishing content is a huge win as well, for when the creativity isn't flowing as easily to create dynamic posts that resonate with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to schedule Instagram Stories within the interface. At this time, Sprout does not support this capability.

Sprout's features align with our daily needs. It is user-friendly, making it easy to manage social media interactions and analytics. With Sprout, I can efficiently follow conversations and trends, which helps me fulfill my responsibilities as a social media manager both effectively and seamlessly.

The ability to schedule ahead and see our content calendar. It helps us fill in the gaps and plan out our months!

The inability to post reels or TikToks with specific trending audios.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some native features from social media sites aren't available on Sprout. For example, you can only like a Facebook comment from Sprout but can't "heart" the comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is gives us the freedom to manage social media while also still living a life. Working for a major university, we get a lot of social media attention that requires what feels like constant attention. With Sprout Social alerts, scheduling capabilities and notifications, we are able to take a break from the endless scanning of comments and let Sprout do the hard work of curating the mentions that need our focus.
Top-Notch Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social is easy to use and displays posts exactly how they'll look on social platforms. It makes scheduling posts so much easier, which was especially helpful when I was preparing for maternity leave. It allowed me to work ahead and get everything organized, reducing the workload for my team while I was away. I also find it incredibly easy to pull metrics, as I can access month-to-month data effortlessly instead of having to gather it from each platform individually. Also, learning the system is quite straightforward, making the onboarding process for new team members manageable. It's definitely the best product I use in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have three different pages we post for, for LinkedIn specifically. We love the color-coded notes we can create, but we wish there was a way to color-code the actual posts when previewing them on the calendar. I also wish I could pull stats for my CEO's LinkedIn directly on Sprout, but understand there's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easier to manage social media accounts, create content calendars, track metrics, and schedule posts. It shows posts exactly as they’ll appear on platforms, simplifying my planning and reducing the workload on my team during my maternity leave.
I’ve used two other social media managing platforms and none compare to Sprout.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, ease of use, and comprehensive tools are second-to-none. The social media scheduling, planning, and reporting are the best I've ever used. With AI integrations like optimized posting times, our special media platforms have flourished over our year with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The investment in Sprout is costly. We had to cancel a few other subscriptions to make our Sprout line work -- while we're glad we did, we will not be able to upgrade our account type any time soon.

It solves the need for logging into seven platforms individually to post or manage our community.

Sometimes it's hard to connect profiles with Meta - but it has gotten better.
