Sprout Social is a user-friendly and comprehensive tool for our marketing team's needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the reports, the Canva integration, the reliability of the platform, and the newsletters we receive with updates on new features and opportunities to engage with the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This has been a game-changer for our processes and all of our feedback from a few months ago has been implemented!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content in advance to batch my work, providing AI tools to help improve the quality of our digital output, collecting social engagement in one space so that it's quick and easy to respond to, and ensuring many different ways to report on our successes to leverage with leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
As a community manager, Sporut's social listening tool significantly streamlines my workflow and makes my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of many things I don't like about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason I love Sprout is its powerful social listening tool. It allows me to effortlessly track all conversations about our brand and generate easy-to-create reports. Additionally, because Sprout pulls data in real time, I'm able to respond to customers quickly and efficiently.

Sprout Social has served as a great platform for social media responding and tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout Social runs into issues with tagging in photos and platform connectivity issues.

Sprout Social is solving our need for social media management of several differnt platforms with different accounts.
Sprout User for Over 5 Years!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly, their customer support is great, it helps keep me organized daily, and my team can see what I have planned or scheduled. Adding new members and the reporting is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches, reauthorizing is a pain and never seamless, would like some specific data that isn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized and my content aligned, the tagging feature helps me separate content and know what I am posting and for which campaign. Helping other teams on accounts if they need it, publishing my content.

What do you like best about the product?
So many things! The ease of use, reporting features, analytics & data, automated rules, tagging, having all of our social inboxes AND reviews in the same platform, Salesforce integration, support from our Sprout team...
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features within Reviews. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to see attached images or even just a note that says the review has images attached. It would also be nice to be able to report a Google review through Sprout rather than having to go find the review and report through Google.

Having access to (almost) all of our points of contact through one program.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the scheduling features, as they allow me to easily organize my time and manage appointments. Additionally, the analytic tracking features are incredibly valuable; they provide insights into my activities and performance, helping me make data-driven decisions to improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some concerns regarding the approval process features; I find them quite challenging to navigate and use effectively. It would be immensely helpful if the interface could be made more user-friendly and if clearer instructions were available. Furthermore, I think it would significantly enhance user experience if there were additional options for scheduling carousel posts on TikTok. Having more flexibility in this area would allow for better content planning and engagement with our audience.

Sprout provides us with a platform to effectively monitor and enhance our interactions with individuals engaged in our institution. It enables us to schedule content well in advance, ensuring timely delivery of information and updates. Sprout also offers robust tools for tracking analytics and statistics, allowing us to assess our outreach efforts and make data-driven decisions for future social media strategies.
Efficient Content Scheduling, Minor Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for my professional work in social media and digital content creation. It allows me to preschedule content so I don't have to be on 24/7, which I find very convenient. I really like the scheduling features and Sprout Link in bio access. The visual display of the link in bio is great; it looks exactly like your Instagram feed, so followers can find the post they're looking for. The wide range of analytics data available is incredibly useful for reporting out to important stakeholders. Once I was onboarded, the process was pretty seamless, and the trainings provided were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram is limited to 10 photos, even though the app currently allows you to post up to 20. Also collaborators are limited to 3. Sometimes there are issues with tagging when redirecting to the social media app. There were some difficulties in connecting my social media accounts to my profile.

I use Sprout Social to preschedule content so I don't have to be on 24/7 and to access a wide range of analytics data for reporting to stakeholders.
Best platform for all social channels
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the platform is. I also like that everything is in one app. I use this every day and I check it multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule stories on Facebook and it does not let me include a link for people to click/swipe up on.

Sprout makes it easiser for me to pull reports from all platforms. Before I would have to go to each individual social channel and pull the reports that way.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to remain organized - though we have team members across the globe who contribute social post copy and images to our program.
The integration with Grammarly means that nothing goes out with incorrect grammar or spelling - incredibly useful on days when we're moving quickly from one post to another and also for our Social Team members who speak a different dialect of English.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout doesn't allow us to sync with our Reddit for social listening which is not ideal. That means I need to go into Reddit myself and manually search for terms to see what's being posted about our brand there. That's a big miss to me, as often if someone is going to complain anywhere, Reddit is the place they'll do it, since it's more anonymous.
I also wish that Social Listening features were automatically included in the base plans instead of the new functionality - where that's actually an additional feature and cost.

Sprout Social makes it easy for my Social Team to schedule posts ahead of time so that we can stay ahead of the game from week-to-week.
For example, at the start of every year, we'll create and schedule all of our Holiday posts for that particular year all in the course of one day. The native LinkedIn platform would not allow my Social Team to schedule posts for Jan. 2026 in Dec. 2025 - but Sprout Social will allow me to do that for our brand across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and beyond.
Additionally, scheduling video content to go out across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) is simple - allowing me to add the video title, YouTube playlist, .srt video caption file, and video thumbnail all via Sprout in one quick post draft.
Beyond all of these great features - I've found nothing that can compete with the incredible analytics reporting for social that Sprout Social offers especially for the LinkedIn platform. Our brand relies on Sprout each month to provide us with Year-Over-Year and Monthly analytics so that we can tweak and tailor our program based upon the data insights that we're seeing. Having strong metrics for us has meant getting buy-in from the C-Suite and that makes all the difference in terms of getting more support from leadership and funding for social tools when needed.
