Great for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is easy to navigate and you can add multiple brands and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can not schedule multiple photos or video for Twitter or Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our engagement with our ads. Being able to connect with users that are unhappy or dissatisfied with our services.
Easy to use and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has everything I need to stay on top of incoming messages, schedule outgoing messages ahead of time, and then measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and specific campaigns. It's very easy to use. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social has some outage issues and small bugs. However, any time there is an issue the support team is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is key to our brand awareness strategy, our efforts to build long term customer relationships, and to grow ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clear strategy in mind for social media before you jump in to using Sprout Social. There are so many features and tools that are incredibly useful. Take the time to explore the platform and lean on your account manager to help guide you through the process.
Great Community Management & Scheduling Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule tweets in advance. You can pick the exact date and time (down to the minute) that you would like the tweet/tweets to be posted. And it is an excellent tool for community management for brands with high activity and easy to narrow down searches combining hashtags and handle names.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the inconsistency of analytics. The Twitter analytics and Sprout Social analytics do not always align, which makes it confusing when reporting to clients on which source in more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clients' main Twitter goals are to stay as the top luxury conversation on Twitter. Through Sprout Social Software this is possible using the search options for single hashtags, combined hashtags, and tagged handle content. For example- when monitoring for specific events, this software is a highly resourceful tool to aggregate the twitter conversations you are looking to monitor during that specific event.
Simple, easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our social media team uses this tool to plan, manage and reporting on our social campaigns. It is very user-friendly and provides great, clean reports that are easy to read even for the greenest clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish you could schedule Instagram, but this isn't their fault!

Productivty, clean and robust reporting

Very user friendly and easy to navigate as well as train on.

There are some hiccups in the technical department every now and then but the support team is very helpful.

This solution gives our team the ability to manage all clients in one place and counts down on the hassle of logging in and out, etc.
Excellent Platform for Social Media Management and Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond its ease of use and easy set up, they make it extremely easy to manage all of your social media channels in one place. In addition, the reporting is in depth and included with even the smallest package. To make it even more amazing, their support team is insanely fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I've run into with Sprout Social is that it occasionally will not post scheduled items to Facebook. Also - they don't allows to boost Facebook posts within Sprout, requiring users to visit Facebook anyway. I often just schedule posts within FB itself bc of this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased presence and reach on social media, social customer care, social listening, content promotion.

I love the new app—it really helps me schedule, monitor posts while on the go.

I wish we didn't have to pay to have more users access it at the same time.

It's easy to reply to customer feedback/questions/complaints/suggestions/etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this tool because it's easy to use and it provides a ton of really helpful insights to help monitor engagement on your profiles and interact with your followers. It's a lot easier to see all your pages in one window that having multiple tabs open on your computer. The app is also another cool bonus because it helps monitor and post anything while I'm out of the office.
I Love Sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it to schedule my content. Everything is neat and organized in a calendar format, which makes publishing my content more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would love if Sprout made it possible to tag users in replies. Right now, I have to manually go through FB in order to be able to respond and tag users or businesses. I would also love a better way to schedule IG content – I know IG's publishing rules are tough, but the current Sprout system for scheduling doesn't save me any more time than crowdfire or latergram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding or fixing these issues would save time and effort. Hassle too!
Easy, intuitive social management and advocacy tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is! It's reporting feature is great and visually appealing, so it's easy to pull screenshots directly from Sprout for official monthly analytics reports. I also love the Advocacy tool and that it's now right on the side bar. I also love that they added the select all option for each platform when creating a post. The "customize per network" option is also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could duplicate/schedule a post in Advocacy before it's published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendaring and scheduling future posts with a team. The integration of the advocacy tool (formerly Bambu) is also incredible and has made a huge positive shift in our social strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not ideal if social listening is one of your top priorities, but for simply scheduling and general analytics, it is a great tool! Very intuitive and visually appealing.
Really expensive, but you get what you pay for
What do you like best about the product?
How seamless each task is. There aren't a million different tabs for each individual process. You can create, save drafts, and publish all from the same page, and having a repository of saved content is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's prohibitively expensive. I know it's supposed to be worth it, but the price is too much for smaller organizations - even ones that understand ROI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a bank of social content ready to go is a huge benefit - it means we don't have to constantly drop everything to produce brand new content.
