    Non-Profit Organization Management

Great experience

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use and has been helpful for keeping up with all of our organization's channels. The calendar feature and listening have been really useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish under my package the publishing mode would save my most used emojis. It would also be great if it was easier to search my organization's content. The search bar goes through everything on social media, but sometimes I just want to find a post we made a month or so back and I have to scroll through everything or try to search for it directly on the platform (i.e. Twitter). I've had a few issues with Instagram alerts disappearing once I clicked the notification on my phone, and I had to go back and recreate them, which was frustrating.

I also wish you were able to tag people in photos for Twitter, which I think is an issue on Twitter's end but it'd be really helpful for us because those posts get really strong engagement for us but I currently always have to do them through Twitter directly.

I also often have glitches when tagging accounts in Facebook.

For campaign reporting, it's frustrating that Instagram and Facebook only pull in info from your own account and not all those using your campaign hashtags and phrases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating more engaging content and able to see what times of day are most effective for our users, which has been really helpful for picking the right times to share our content.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy for the most part. I wish there was a more efficient way to schedule posts at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram posts have to be manually uploaded if they don’t fit certain requirements. It kind of defeats the purpose of automatic posting.

Excellent all in one social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
The additional resources and support. In addition to being able to use the platform, we have attended conferences and online webinars that have given us some additional insights to the business. We have been able to turn those insights into actionable business solultions for our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social media platforms disconnect at time, but Sprout is very good about communicating these outtages. Unfortunetly, the mobile app does not include analytics. Hopefully, they will add this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than scheduling a social media campaign across each platform, Sprout allows us to create, manage, and measure social media campaigns for multiple clients. It has been an immeasurable asset to our agency regarding the amount of time it has saved our team. Additionally, the transparency we can now provide to clients regarding their social activity has increased their trust in our value as their agency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not only are they a top tier product in the social media management SaaS world, but these are also people that know social. They have the resources and insights to make social profitable for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can monitor and schedule with one program. I also appreciate the in-depth analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile app - I find it is often clunky or not in sync with the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped me more effectively communicate ROI to leadership. It also gives us better mechanisms to "listen" to our target audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how direct it is and very to understand. I like the customization capabilities of the dash boards, and it did well with integrations to Social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge management for the product is not great. Customer support for the product was very limited. Obviously they want you to use the retainer support hours, but still the KM could have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media and also Social Listening capabilities. It helped us solve the ability to practice Social Listening and distribution of crucial information. Great tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would certainly recommend. Great product.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is good for tracking impressions, clicks and responses to sponsored tweets run through our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a slightly confusing interface to use, a lot of dates to look through and no real way to search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always use it when clients ask for their twitter analytics- it is organized by date so I can check the impressions and clicks they are getting by looking back at their tweet date

What do you like best about the product?
Personally I really like the feature that allows multiple users to be logged in so that once you've created a draft post for social the manager or director can log in and simply review it and post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes would have issues with having more than 2 people logged in to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posts are now streamlined on one site where everyone on the team can login, review a draft, and even edit delete or schedule to post. We've noticed ease of use and less scrambling for posting on multiple platforms on multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of social media management tools but I think this is one of the easiest to use and see what content I have planned for the week. I like that I can see all channels at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I wish it had was more of a content library to keep a rotation of posts that I could pull from

I needed to save time with an effective social media management tool - this has done that and allowed me to streamline scheduling and my processes.

Good tool for Social Monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
In my work we use sprout to schedule social network posts in one place. One great thing we look for when we use software is the learning curve and customer service. Sprout gets an A + in both departments. The interface is beautiful, clean and easy to use. The drop-down menus are intuitive and you do not have to guess to get what you want to do. The reporting features are also excellent. You can export the reports and add your own brand if you want to send the reports to the client or include them in your own documentation. If you encounter a problem or have problems, your customer service is responsive and quick to obtain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uploading a photo attached to a post is a pain - it looks like it uploads but it doesn't, making you have to go back and re-upload. I think it was related to me using Safari - but still frustrating. Nonetheless, this software is still great and there are no deal breakers I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The market is evolving thanks to Social Sprout, because it is good to help people who want to start measuring their campaigns on social networks, offering all the tools. It is a great tool for your publications so you can start acting on them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it, because apart from offering many advantages you can manage your social networks, your whole group since you can connect them creating a group.
