My Favorite Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person and love the "calendar" type dashboard. Posting is extremely easy. You can get figure it out without any training very quickly. You can toggle between the different social accounts with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout charges you per user/month. One user $149.99, two users $299.9, three users $449.97 etc. Price can jump up on you pretty quickly if you have multiple users. Also, once you sign up you get hounded by their representatives via email. Most of it is support/training related...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily able to schedule posts between internal team and agency. Also use the "listening" tool to tracking our brand and keywords surrounding our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has a clean, simple interface that is easy to use. And, it provides high-quality, accurate reports in real-time. I’ve used a lot of social media management tools and this is by far my favorite. (Way better than Salesforce’s “Social Studio” which isn’t worth a dime.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is constantly updating and improving their platform. While this is good, more than an email or notification would be helpful. Instead, perhaps a short video showing what’s new, how to use it, & why it benefits the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped with:
- publishing / scheduling posts
- tracking competitors
- tracking hashtags
- monitoring all company social channels
- pull clean, accurate reports of our channels engagement, followers, messages, etc. These reports include detailed analytics.

Sprout Social is my #1 recommended social media monitoring/management platform. The app is great & the customer service is superb! Very timely & helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it!! So worth it. The best platform for tracking your social media!

Easy to use - all in one social tool

What do you like best about the product?
The messaging function is probably the most important element of Sprout. We can easily review and monitor all comments, messages, mentions, etc in one place and filter them out by subject, brand, or really any other criteria. Very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality could be a bit better. LinkedIn posts tend to post a little wonky when you schedule them. Its also not uncommon to get emails about bugs and scheduled posts not posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All platforms and accounts are pulled into one central location. Prior to using this tool, we had to manually logon to each platform and review everything place by place. We can now review and monitor everything in spot. We can also schedule posts through this platform which has been very helpful with planning.

Easy Inbound Communication, One Social Hub

What do you like best about the product?
What is most unique about Sprout Social is combining all of your Social Networks incoming communications from Customers into one hub. It makes it easy to never miss an engagement. You will save so much time by just using one platform, and not organically having to use the Native websites of each. You can monitor all posts as well and create and schedule new posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is “real-time” communication. For engaged content to populate into Sprout, it first takes a few minutes. It is not “LIVE” or Instant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I have encountered with Sprout are outages. Their IT team is quick to fix these, and they notify instantly when something is not working on the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth the $99/mo fee for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how responsive their team is. No matter what aspect of their platform I am using, I can always reach out to request assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the notification system is not very user friendly. Emails bunch together and on several occasions do not notify about the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an agency, so sprout allows for reporting, publishing, collaboration and more all within the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Rich publishing capabilities for social channels.

Would not say I dislike, but the listening tool needs some maturing to be on par with pure-play social monitoring tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it really easy to schedule content and manage the social media workflow with a team. They make it really easy to build and implement an approval workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a content library to tag and house media for organization and sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprout to streamline our internal social media management processes and ensure checks & balances.

What do you like best about the product?
In our agency, we utilize scheduling and reporting more than anything else on the platform. Messages is also beneficial for clients who pull in a lot of engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that Instagram and LinkedIn accounts are getting disconnected more and more frequently. It is frustrating to have to keep logging in to individual accounts and risk not having scheduled posts publish when we think they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with well over 100 clients on a monthly basis, so Sprout enables us to organize each social client and gives access to everyone in the agency.

A great turnkey solutions for social media management. I recommend to anyone looking for a tool like this!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I used Sprout Social early in my career and have only seen the product continue to grow since the first time I used it. I hope the platform continues to grow into a one-stop shop for everyone's' social management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout social cannot help you run paid campaigns although this has less to do with the tool and more to do with social media platforms keeping those capabilities inaccessible for third-party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the process of social media management. My days are busy and I need to be able to pop into the platform and take care of answering posts, checking engagement or scheduling something quickly. Sprout allows me to do this while still having tools and functions that facilitate a deep dive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using this product make sure you understand the full extent of its capabilities. There may be part of your workflow that it can bring ease to that you haven't even considered.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of many social media management tools in the competitive space right now, and it has a lot of great features. It has a CRM system, east to read reports, good analytics, and a mobile app to take your job on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price of Sprout. With competitors offering free versions of the same product, it is hard to justify for small companies to utilize the product. There are also not as many platforms to monitor on the site. I think that all forms of social media need to be represented when paying for a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently revamping and creating a baseline of business data for our Instagram page, so Sprout's insights and analytics are a great tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is important to understand your price point and what you are willing to pay for a social media monitoring tool. It is very easy to use and has a good reputation among social media monitoring tools.
