Great social media publishing and insights tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, good user experience and well designed to allow for easy navigation throughout the platform. Great publishing workflow and approval flexibility. Good social performance insights. Good customer support through chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much dislike when getting a post setup to publish it carries elements over from one post to another vs resetting to blank. For example if you do a Facebook post and go to do your next post you have to make sure you uncheck Facebook and clear any targeting etc you had from the first post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow functions help reduce errors, save time and streamline the process

What do you like best about the product?
Overall integration with each platform is good. Understands nuances of each platform and publishing options change for each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally scheduled content does not post in a timely manner (especially to twitter).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting organic social posts for all platforms in once place. Much more productive than accessing each platform. Allows us to schedule content ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Thus far it is seamless, and for the most part has been flawless with subsequent use. I really like it and the integration works like a charm with various brands. It is a product that I would highly recommend to all my colleagues, and associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. There is nothing I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diner issues, complains and support varying with individual needs. Please be advised that a customers need vary and also to the degree of the solution which is predicated on what the initial outreach is. Most if not all result in a solution that is acceptable. Engaging with customers through this platform is most helpful and very innovative.

I highly recommend it because of its ease of use, and cutting edge technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Oh man, just one thing?! Well, in that case...I love Sprout's reporting. It's extremely easy to read and process, as well as intuitive and helpful. Within a glance, I can see all of the top things I need to know that I didn't even know that I needed to know.
The publishing system is also super easy to use, intuitive and great pain-free.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. I would love to utilize the platform more with my team, but the cost per user is just a bit extreme. It would be great to have a team pricing option to allow more people the ability to be on the account for a lower cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and planning out posts. This has always been difficult for us as an organization, but Sprout has made it easy for us to plan better and schedule out posts with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Sprout Social is being able to review our analytics in real time for our chosen internal metric goals. We also love the ability to measure ourselves versus competitors in our field. Also auto-publishing is a labor saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any corporation SAAS offering, we always wish it could be a bit cheaper. That's nitpicking, but this section is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring our efforts versus our advertising spend to verify our strategies. Also the ability to know how many people are leaving our platforms gives us greater context.

Concise, simple, yet highly functional
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes syndicating posts out to other networks extremely easy. If I create a post for one of my Facebook pages, I can post it, then duplicate that post automatically to be shared on another network. The publishing calendar is also extremely easy, especially if I am going on vacation or where I won't be at my computer for an extended period of time. I can schedule my posts, then just go on vacation without any worries. My posts always go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime posting videos are more complicated than they need to be. I will complete all required fields, use the correct video codec, but it still will not let me send the post. Errors are fine, but it doesn't tell me why it won't let me send the post. No error messages, or red flags to correct, just a greyed out "Send" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we have solved is the publishing calendar issue for auto posting. Having the option to schedule posts on all networks for weeks and weeks makes things so easy for us.

This is an inexpensive, yet expansive social media management platform. Easy to use, with features for a simple or pro user.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprout is the ability to schedule (and re-schedule) posts across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The future of Sprout will be exciting! I would love to see more incorporation of search and post features embedded right into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small agency owner, I have SO MUCH to do on a day-to-day basis. Sprout helps me save a lot of time and a lot of worry. It's wonderful knowing that at least one portion of my business will run smoothly, without question!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to review all the tutorials and videos - I jumped in, thinking I could figure it out on my own. While it is very user-friendly, you can get so much more value from the software if you go through the tutorials. Also, this is good advice not only at the beginning but also definitely go back, every now and again, to refresh and update your skills.

On occasion the platform gets glitchy which can result in confusion.
