Major time saver, responsive support!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm massively more productive using Sprout, since I can schedule out a full week (or more) of posts at one time, instead of needing to stop during my day to constantly publish posts. Analytics are solid. When I've had questions or concerns, their support team has been responsive, and they've ACTUALLY enacted some of the suggestions I had about improving functionality. It feels great to be heard!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Instagram Grid Preview was available when using Sprout Queue.
Would LOVE to be able to drag and drop to upload media instead of needing to search for it on my computer.

Improved productivity, less stress in general regarding managing our social media accounts!
Streamlined Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout enables me to view all comments and inquiries made by our clients for all 5 of our locations. Each of our locations has a separate Face Book page so answering requests previous to using sprout was a little daunting. You can also easily filter what has been answered and what has not been addressed on one screen. I really believe this has helped make sure all our clients receive the information or assistance they are looking for without getting "lost in the shuffle".
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have required IT assistance to attach new Face Book accounts to our sprout account it was a little harder to receive the help I needed then I had anticipated. Support does not really address and issue step by step and walks you through things using social media vernacular that I was not completely familiar with. The IT personnel are as helpful as possible when not using this jargon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us streamline our presence on social media. it is making sure that we are answering all inquiries for our multiple pages while taking less time to address issues.
Prout social helps me retain clients and maintain dialogue.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily understood reporting that allows immediate response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter changes the ground rules from time to time. THis makes it more difficult for everyone to use Twitter as a serous communications tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really it's all to do with engagement. I stay close to y members by sing Sprout to maintain and increase engagement.

Just do it.

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial has an easy user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a more robust suite of reports. Seems like some of the larger brands/software are able to pull data and do social listening across all social media platforms and right now, it seems like Sprout Social concentrates too heavily on Twitter alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SproutSocial to plan, research schedule and engage with social media content across all of our clients' channels. The platform makes it easy for us to manage multiple accounts at once, to research trends and more importantly, to report key findings back to our clients.

Having all the data in one place saves a lot of time and energy.

Connectivity issues/ bugs, with a large number of profiles connected, losing connection can be a real pain.

Monitoring a large number of accounts and centralising community management
Very convenient when dealing with multiple channels.

Review integration is a great Hub that makes it very easy to knock out reviews on google and Facebook.

The app is not as user friendly as the web site.

We are getting to see problems occur in real time then plan our course of actions faster.

Be sure to go through all available features before purchasing. You may want to add on features like Listening.
Saves a ton of time!
What do you like best about the product?
Our agency uses Sprout to save a tremendous amount of time on scheduling out content for the accounts we manage. We also frequently utilize the reporting system. I also appreciate that they are constantly working to improve and update their system. They are usually very fast at responding when requesting help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally posts fail to be sent. Sometimes there is a long wait to get help. Dislike that I can not break down the analytics reports by week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to grow and scale our agency while keeping overhead and wasted time at a minimum.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth looking into if you are looking to be able to create, schedule, and monitor various social media accounts or for different clients in one location.

The scheduling software and inbox helps streamline my job.

Reporting can be a little confusing to manage.

Best analytics, full featured, great value
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has the only 3rd party analytics I will share directly with clients. The analytics, especially for Instagram, are so much better than you'll get anywhere else. And it has really thorough features, like organic location targeting on Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could manage Facebook groups with Sprout. You can post to Twitter and reply, but you don't have access to Twitter streams, so it's not my favorite for Twitter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have clients approve posts right in the app. The combined inbox is really helpful for our teams approving posts.
User-friendly with a variety of options
What do you like best about the product?
It has saved time with scheduling and report management. Although social media is only handled by a single person at our company, it does have the ability to ease team processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into many issues honestly.

It helps save time more than anything to have access to all platforms all in one area.

Talk with the company, explain your needs and they will really tailor your demo to show you its capabilities.
