Best Social Scheduling Solution So Far
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is extremely easy to use. It is laid out in a manner that keeps everything organized so we can work quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had numerous occasions in which we have changed the image on our Facebook posts and then the default image ends up getting posted. This has been frustrating when we have shared "best of" articles and one of our competitors ends up being the default image in the post. We then have to quickly delete the post and manually resubmit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout dramatically decreases the time to post to our social media accounts. It's our one stop shop for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Easy To Use Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts of sprout are the analytics and listening tools. It makes it very easy for us to see what's going on on all of our pages and interact or assist patrons when needed. Not only does our marketing department utilize sprout, our customer service does as well and it's easy to give everyone the right permissions for them to best do their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the platform is very user friendly, it's not very friendly to those with multiple pages (we have 50+) since we're a large retailer with multiple stores. For example, when setting up a post, I have to hand select all 50+ facebook pages 1 at a time instead of being able to select them all at once. It's little things like this that still make managing all of this very cumbersome for someone with more than 5 pages. Also, it would be great to be able to segment pages into groups. For example, we have a lot of stores in Ohio with their own pages. It would be great if I could set up a group for just those stores, so we have have an event going on, I can market it just to them. Trying to fish them out 1 at a time is a pain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the greatest problem solved for us is in the customer service department. We're on so many different platforms, it was difficult for us to keep up with questions and comments. Now between Sprout platform and YEXT, we can manage everything coming in more efficiently. Where as in the past, someone would ask a question and it would never be answered or it would be weeks before it even seen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hire a team to use this platform. It does make it easier if you are 1 person, but you miss out on a lot unless you're spending your whole day working with this platform. There are A LOT of features to take advantage of!
Great tool for social media marketers and marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about sprout is the robust reporting feature - it helps me get a quick overview of what is working and what is not working, our overall numbers and insights on hashtags and competitors. The prescheduling tool (publisher) is a Godsend for us since we have 10 accounts to manage!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could post carousel and stories from the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With optimized time (Sprout Smart Queue) it takes the guesswork and time out of having to figure out when we should be posting and where. I have very limited bandwidth here and numerous accounts, the more that I can automate and systematize the more I can get done. We used to use 3 separate tools - one for twitter, one for Instagram and one for reports - consolidating into Sprout has streamlined out content scheduling process!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an investment compared some of the other tools out there but I promise you nothing has more robust metrics than Sprout.

Sprout Social is great because it allows you to schedule posts in advance, and it also tells you when the best time to post for each social media platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our scheduled posts will "fail to post" and there's no reasoning behind it. It's frustrating

The scheduling is the best part of Sprout. It's also great to get reports on engagement, popular posts, etc.

Worth using! The layout is clean and it's very easy to understand and use. I've learned a lot from using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of the program. The user-friendly database, that allows Instagram posts (pictures and video!!) that do not need to be authorized through a mobile device. Great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are some glitches but we are able to work around them because we understand these things happen

Being able to put out content on a consistent basis without having to have someone authorize the content on their mobile device. Especially on weekends and holidays

Easy to schedule and moderate on one platform. Love the suggested post times to maximize reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't very user-friendly. It often glitches and doesn't load all tasks/messages/posts that come through on the desktop version. I also wish that Sprout allowed you to respond to Instagram DMs directly from the platform. It's a bit cumbersome having to go into the native app just to respond to those, when Sprout integrates DMs from Twitter and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to view customer feedback in real time and have a seamless way to do community management. It's really nice having the ability to build out a chat bot, even though I had some issues when I tried building it out in the past. I've used Sprout in prior jobs so I was aware of the benefits of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is a great platform for those looking for a tool that can manage reviews (a brand-new feature), generate comments and message for your response, and show you some robust analytics across all platforms. But, if you need a program that is primary for social listening OR need a program with a great app that consistently works, I would look at other options first.
Analytics to Make My Dreams Come True
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the easy to read analytics that can help show my KPI's to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more comparing to various months, similar to Google Analytics. I wish there was better tracking of hashtags too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing which days were big content days which is helping us analyze what seasons are the biggest in the Park that year. The benefits we have seen are how we are doing compared to other Parks, we love that feature. I just wish the hashtag monitoring was easier and more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best analytics and measuring tool out there for social media. Make sure you have about three months on Instagram to start monitoring as it starts when you start Sprout Social.
Streamlined Social Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox in Sprout is my favorite feature. It allows us to see what's happening on all of our platforms at once and is so convenient to react and reply to customer messages.Love that Sprout is constantly improving and expanding it's offerings - like Google My Business reviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that not all Facebook ads pull through to Sprout (specifically dynamic ads). This means that I still need to check the Facebook platform to make sure things aren't falling through the cracks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has saved me lots of time because I can primarily use it to respond to all comments and questions. Additionally, I love the scheduling features - it streamlines the content planning and scheduling process!

I have used a few different social media management platforms and none of them compare to Sprout! The usability and functionality are unmatched and worth every penny!
Great social media platform for any digital marketing agency
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is obviously what first attracted me to Sprout. It saves our Social Media team a lot of time and is a great place for them to collaborate on content. Their reporting feature is robust and allows us to review periodically and provide insights on what's working and what's not to our clients. The smart inbox helps our engagement/CSR team. What I am most impressed about is the fact Sprout continues to evolve and update with new tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user limit. With a growing agency, it is very hard to forecast how many people will need access. Additionally, that number can greatly fluctuate. Would recommend going back to the previous model.
