What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to separate tasks for individual teams. The platform itself is also very customizable.. making reporting, analytics, posting, automation, ect very efficient for each individual company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that could use more work is the social listening tool. Effective, but very vague results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social listening tool is a bit vague, but it can be worked around. The benefits include time efficiency, organization, and team connection value!

Sprout social is an easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work with and it has an excellent support team. We use it to post on various social media platforms. This is excellent to schedule out content, therefore I do not have to post all the post individual on each and every social media platforms days off or after work hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like is the higher cost of this application. There is also a problem where sometimes the first comment feature does not appear as an option for some posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I do not have to remember in order to post social media content. This application helps a lot in publishing the post in one go to all the social media platforms.

Much simpler to make use of than other applications, must try the application for best results.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for social media management, content strategy and customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Listening is separate/expensive - we had to backfill the data which cost additional money. However, most other platforms will charge around the same amount in order to backfill data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been able to communicate the impact of our social growth through analytics and reporting.

Consider how you can use this in your agency and for your clients.
Great for scheduling lots of content at once
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can choose to schedule a single post for multiple dates, all in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are quite limited compared to other social media platforms such as Hootsuite. It's also difficult to access information about competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SproutSocial saves me a lot of time when scheduling social media posts in advance. I realised I can do it all independently without hiring people to do it.

Maybe use it in conjunction with other products such as Social Bakers

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has a great support staff. We use it to post on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. It is great to schedule out post so I do not have to set a reminder to post them on my days off or after work hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you didn't have to still verify everything in the Instagram app. This is most likely an Instagram problem but it would be easier if I did not have to switch over to Instagram app to publish a post with more than one photo. There is also a problem where sometimes the first comment feature does not appear as an option for some posts. Lots of functionalities in one platform, unlike some that specialise in one thing.

It can’t manage all things on Facebook such as groups and fundraisers

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great way for us to plan our social media content. We have a multi-step "rule" in place which sends planned content to our Director of Marketing for final approval, something we find has been extremely helpful as our SM Coordinator position was relatively new. We also love the reporting aspects of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tasks feature seems to be geared more towards those in sales (not really necessary for us).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues so far! We are diving deeper into the platform by figuring out more ways to best utilize it.
Increase clientele with publication of content on social networks.
What do you like best about the product?
With this software I can establish strong content criteria and strategic publications on social networks. I also like it because I can monitor the posts, since the mentions of the social networks can be followed with the aim of searching for publications of certain words. I love Social Sprout because the report in visual terms is excellent, provides good graphics and optimal data tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive for companies with many workers, since the program is per user and its cost too., In addition, the cost rises if you want to have more functions. I don't like that the reports are much more prepared, I mean that a heat map can be the solution. Another element that interferes with the total productivity of the program is that it needs consistent interaction metrics on all social platforms, that is, it would be ideal that it could cover all, not just some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like Social Sprout a lot because it is being used to track competitive social networks and their specific content. We can adapt this software to market strategies very easily. Online marketing, branding and advertising is essential for Sprout Social, therefore we apply it to these three elements in our company and we have obtained an increase in our clients in recent months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is certainly a program that I can recommend very safely. It really meets the needs of marketing and its subsequent analysis of digital content. We are completely happy with its implementation and even more so being in a company as formidable as ours. It is ideal for those with interests in increasing the clientele.

Fairly easy to publish posts and stays connected to social media accounts much better then Buffer
What do you dislike about the product?
$100 is a little pricy for intro bpackage compared to competetitors such as Buffer

Makes publishing multiple posts for multiple clients fairly simple. Reporting is great and holds us accountable to staying on top pf our campaigns to outdo last months statistics

A little pricey compared to others, but worth the price if you are going to utilize all the services.
User-friendly Social Media Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and responsiveness of the platform. Quick reporting capability that has competitor analysis. Great content management ability with the option of list view, weekly, or monthly view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't create a link on Instagram, no hashtag recommendations, and user names don't pull up on Instagram.

Publishing and scheduling. The benefits is the Facebook Competitor Insights.

It's great to use, but I would like for another platform that could include multiple users.
