Reaching clients with social media

What do you like best about the product?
Social media channel manager can be installed and the connection with our shop system is also given. Best ratings and analyze of social media accounts and advertising group management. The reaching control and the reporting by gender and age is helpful - we check the results additionally in our general web analytics tool and so a proper collaboration is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting unit allows us to control the relative costs, but unfortunately a splitted reporting by advertising campaign is not allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media advertising campaigns will be bundled in one system - cost controlling by account and a good connection with our online-shop system is given.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social provides you best social media management platform for your business and brands.  It helps you optimizing your accounts. It has features for story in a snap. It builds customer content. It helps you to compete with your competitors. Provides best search engines and links. It has well organized interface with dashboard which provides you easy access to different features. It provides you create reports, discoveries, publishing your posts, feedbacks, creating tasks and messages. It helps you easy way of finding contents. It helps you scheduling your social media posts. One of the best use of this platform, it provides you option to set specific time for your posts and days whenever you want it to be posted it will be posted on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is very high. It has limited social media platforms to be integrated with. You can only have four social media accounts at a time. If you need more apps it will cost more fees. It is very expensive for teams because the more people you need to interact with the more you have to pay. If you need YouTube or apps like Pinterest you must need another platform because it does not offer you these two apps integration. Cannot give you access directly to the internet. It does not provide you group publishing in face book or LinkedIn. It does not provide you side by side streams. It only provides you limited filtering. You cannot give access of different account to single person in sprout social.   It reports for your issue but not so good. Sometimes problems are not solved properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is a platform to manage all the social media accounts for business and also provides us best optimization for our brands and business. It provides our business single hubs to get us access to publishing our products and post to social media sites. It provides you best analyzing for your all social media accounts and keep you engage to your all social media profiles. It helps you know about industry trending. It tells you about what people require these days. You can set your business and brands according to it. Simply it helps you in business intelligence. It also provides you competitive analyzing for your brand. It helps you bring marketability for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is unmatched. It's so simple to use and to find what you are looking for, but it's not too simple where there are many functions you feel like you're missing out on. The support is amazing. Our accounts team is always there to help, but if you need something in a rush, there's always the chat window that connects you directly to support which is SO helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more uniformity in the reporting. The reports all have different metrics for different platforms (which makes sense obviously), but from a reporting standpoint, it does make it a little confusing. For example, it would be nice if "clicks" just meant link clicks, but it include link clicks, profile clicks, hashtag clicks, etc.

Also, the employee advocacy tool, Bambu, seems a little siloed from the rest of the company. There are some updates that could be done there, but it still is generally a very good and easy to use tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps having one vendor provide so many services like publishing, reporting, and advanced listening all in one platform. There are also some handy tips and tricks like automations that are just so helpful when you have a robust operation like we do.

On the flip side, if you are a one man team operating social media and even other parts of digital, then this is also a great tool because it isn't too busy or confusing. You always are able to find what you need quickly. Time is money and Sprout Social can save you both.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really try to use the tool for everything it's worth (i.e. don't just use it for publishing). There are so many publishing tools out there, but what set's Sprout apart is that there are so many helpful parts of the tool without it being too overwhelming.

Excellent platform for all social media channels

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it quick and easy to schedule multiple social media posts across a number of different platforms. As a magazine, we need to be able to schedule social media posts for all new articles so that they are publicized for a number of weeks after they appear online. The publishing area in Sprout provides a central location for all platforms, meaning that the text for a social media post can be entered and scheduled across a number of platforms if you wish. If, like us, you need to write slightly different text for different social platforms, you can easily switch between the channels and schedule the same post multiple times. The task management system is also really efficient and means that someone in our social media team can forward a query that we have received on a social platform straight onto the relevant person.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling social media posts, it is important to be able to see any posts that have already been scheduled for a given day. Although you can do this on Sprout Social by hovering over a particular day when scheduling new posts, it could be made more efficient so that it's easier to check what has already been scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to speed up our process of scheduling social media posts greatly since starting with Sprout Social. This saves us a lot of time when it comes to advertising our articles on social media. Sprout Social has also enabled us to establish a much more effective channel of communication with our social media team, who can now easily send us tasks to complete through Sprout Social.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have found it to be a great platform on which to schedule social posts, which is the main feature I needed as a non-social media person.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiposting ability, that you can post to several social media without having to create the post several times. I also like
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can not post several videos to a story on Instagram - containing more than one video, automatically, without posting it manually one by one. Missing the data from LinkedIn in analytics, and also cannot view posts that has already been posted on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, commenting on eachothers posts internally, workflow approval, social inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see all of your stats in the same place too. As well as this you can also add tags and target your posts so it’s very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you post a video to Instagram you have to do it via the app on the phone

Posting at the best times without having to do anything on the day is handy. It stops you from forgetting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplistic of Sprout, and how intuitive it is. It enables my team to respond to messages simultaneously, knowing which messages have already been responded to. We manage over 400 accounts, so the price for doing so is incredibly affordable compared to some other platforms - great for our purposes working with smaller businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how they're constantly updating their interface. Some changes are positive, but some are unnecessary and end up being more cumbersome to learn than actually helpful. I also dislike how frequently client's social platforms become disconnected, but I think that's more on the social platforms two-factor authentication than Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to scale managing 400 smaller social campaigns and provide reporting at an affordable price. We are able to take on so many more clients at a lower price point due to the efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple accounts very easy, it offers ideal publication times to help you optimize reach and participation, you can download post-platform and date-specific reports easily and quickly. You have the option to schedule and create a new publication without having to click on a new window each time. The intelligent inbox is customizable and can be divided into several different ones according to your needs. Great Utility is the ability to program and re-program publications across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no doubt that this software has many attributes, Sprout Social is really the best way to be aware of everything that happens, with in-depth and customizable reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to collaborate across the team with members in different locations. It's great the notifications and the ability to respond directly to social publications within the application. The included reports are robust and provide enough information across multiple platforms to make good decisions. Sprout Social, is a software with very special features that brings great benefits and helps you use different social network accounts in a single central panel that is managed exclusively by you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provides an all-in-one social network creation and management tool. Perfect for collaboration and the structure of permissions and approvals helps at the team level. Sprout Social can be used in different companies, both large and small, and works very well to manage it all, it is easy to use, the design is quite simple and uncomplicated. It offers many tools for you to monitor social networks and see ideas. I recommend Sprout Social for being one of the software with the most options and tools to manage multiple social network accounts, keeping your customers and consumers informed about the innovations your company is developing.
