Easy-to-use and fully supported.
What do you like best about the product?
We have used or at least demo-ed many social media tools over the years, but for us what really sets Sprout apart is the access to support. They're always willing to troubleshoot, problem solve and brainstorm solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of Sprout's upsides is also a negative at times - the platform is constantly being updated which results in slight reporting variations, an ever-changing user experience, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables us to provide top-notch social services to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is fantastic across the board. The interface is easy and sleek. The analytics have everything I need and make pulling all the information I need for reporting quick and easy - much more so than other platforms I have used. And the Customer Support is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is quite expensive, so probably not suitable for smaller businesses / freelancers. I also feel that the mobile app experience is pretty poor, which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has completely transformed our social analytics. I can see everything I need to quickly and easily, whereas before gathering the data I wanted from the platforms was very tedious. It also makes it so much easier to interact with our community on social and keep track of all our incoming messages.

No drag and drop scheduling, limitations to report customisation and lack of Facebook or Instagram publishing features (or polls, carousels, ig DM)

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows you to add multiple profiles from various platforms and schedule social media postings at the time you want with schedules set by you which helps you increase the real business value of social media through these effective tools such as, participation, listening, analysis and reporting for agencies and leading brands, which provides the company a good use helping their customers to have an incredible experience, safe and responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems with the calendar where its content fails and usually shows all posts per day, including shared actions that do not necessarily create what is a problem because it can be complicated and very difficult to navigate because they are often because you ask for new updates which sometimes is not very good because you lose control of all content already recorded which is a waste of time. Another problem that usually happens to me is that the software closes the session when no one else tries to log in which should not happen because if the user wants to leave it open because he forgot his password or has problems entering has to do the procedure again which is usually a nuisance to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to assign publications, forward publications and request comments helping me to improve the way I use social networks since it allows us to respond directly to social publications within the application which increases the use of our company page since we allow customers to interact with us and allowing them to use participation to publish, recommend and talk about important issues for the company which improves the reputation and expectations of customers to our company.

I recommend this software for the improvement towards your social networks since it provides you with functions so that your company can add profiles on various platforms and program publications and allows in the social networks that customers or users can know more about your company and improve or increase your reputation when it comes to sales and customer experiences for excellent recommendations that you offer to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The program uses outstanding activities and features such as publication scheduling with the option to automate them, customer participation and social network monitoring. This software is very easy to use and the functionality of the tools is shown in a simple way even for those without so much experience with programs like this. It contains more and more integrations that help Sprout to load stably. The customer support is efficient and polite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predictive analytics and a communications panel are tools not found in customer experience management. The price may seem high for many small businesses. It doesn't provide statistical dashboards where you can present the best activities to do in social networks

The Sprout Social webinar is very complete and has allowed us to learn more about its mechanics and to work on strategies. The company has been able to create and improve various strategies to connect in social networks in an optimal way thanks to Sprout Social, the analysis of the publications gives consistent results. We have been helped by the idea that it is compatible with social networks like LinkedIn where we can connect more with most of our clients

The program has shown some connection problems, it is important that these technical details are corrected. Video management and brand management would look good in content marketing tools. The price to get the service could be a little lower

It is available in two mobile versions iOS and Android in addition to the web browser. You can optimize and simplify social management, your team will have work fluency and you will be able to provide a better customer experience, its interface is clean, organized and allows you to navigate without problems. It is compatible with, Instagram, Facebook among others.

our experience has been satisfactory, we obtain very good results and we have not presented any problem or inconvenience with this software, however some team members who used the android version on their mobile device find it difficult to participate and use the platform, This has not allowed our performance to be at its best, but it does not mean that it is a bad platform.

We are using this platform in various departments such as support and marketing. On social media we hear problems and compliments from customers, we interact and also promote our products. We also carry out a schedule of publications on social networks, we generate analysis reports and we also monitor mentions on social networks, we use it daily and it covers all our needs, most of it is on social networks. Our work team obtains a work flow and time savings that we channel to improve other areas that require it, we achieve objectives in less time. We have greater scope and customer acquisition and our sales have increased satisfactorily.

Sprout social has supported integrations with these social platforms, for example: Pinterest, Google Analytics, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram. It also comes with a full reporting suit.

Downside: You cannot post a video when you schedule a post on Instagram

Their services has allowed me to uncover actionable insights via analytics and data tailored to our Marketing objectives. As well as that, I have been able to create a competitor analysis to make better informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I save so much time on social reporting and scheduling with Sprout Social. Looks good, works well.

LinkedIn data will get disconnected, I know this isn't Sprout's fault, but having reminders go off would be great (my function may be broken as this used to happen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling all of our company's social media posts in advance, reporting on them afterward. Very user-friendly and great user experience.

It's pretty easy to use and understand for someone who may not have much experience

Our social accounts 'disconnect' from our account frequently

It helps schedule posts which are nice for planning and saving time. It also makes it really easy to get all the analytics you need on how your social channels are performing. It's nice to just go to one place and not into individual accounts.
