Clear Publishing Calendar and Easy Multi-Platform Posting

Being able to easily see what is on the calendar to be published. And being able to publish across multiple platforms at the same time.

Nothing. It does exactly what I need it to do.

I like the approval flow in Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Sprout Social was quite difficult for me, I'd rate it a 4 out of 10. Besides that, I didn't find anything else that didn't work well or needed improvement.

Sprout Social helps with reporting, scheduling, and posting. I like the approval flow.
Needed for B2B Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes B2B social media management easier by keeping everything in one place. The Smart Inbox pulls all channels and interactions into a single, easy-to-manage view, so it’s simpler to stay on top of messages and engagement. I use the Publisher and Calendar every day to bulk upload content and view all post previews together, which makes planning and scheduling much smoother and more organized. The Advanced Reporting package is pretty robust, and I use it weekly to keep track of our KPIs and team Vital Fews. We also have the Employee Advocacy package, which is super helpful for amplifying our reach and engagement from employee interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sprout Link In Bio, but it gets very little traffic, if any at all. I still have to rely on a project management tool like Asana or Airtable to track and organize content, campaigns, and ideas, so Sprout ends up feeling more like the tactical final step right when I’m ready to post.
I also don’t like the asset management tool. It feels clunky and hard to navigate. I’d honestly rather store content on my computer or in GDrive (an integration could be really helpful here).
The reporting is helpful at a basic level, but even with advanced reporting I still have to do manual math to get an aggregate of truly organic numbers. Most all social media managers will need to separate organic and paid numbers....and it feels impossible to get a truly accurate number. I use widgets to pull organic impressions, engagements, and video views, but even then the process is clunky and cumbersome. Why can’t Sprout let me click the numbers I want included and have a widget do the math automatically? That would easily shave 20–30 minutes off my weekly reporting time.
Finally, the listening tool is labeled as “easy,” but it’s not. It’s incredibly time-consuming and manual to set up, and it’s hard to even remember how to build a search. At this point, I only use it when absolutely necessary because it stresses me out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to publish content, report on weekly analytics and progress, and reply to all interactions. It genuinely makes my job easier, but I still feel that a lot of parts could be smoother and more intuitive to use.
Streamlined Scheduling with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?

Great for Scheduling, Needs More Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social would have more KPIs to report on for paid campaigns, and that there would be an ability to delete posts from Sprout instead of on the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media posting and scheduling, and reporting. It solves scheduling across multiple platforms at once.
All Your Socials in One Place—Great for Repurposing Top-Performing Creative

All the socials in one place. I use Sprout a lot to download the highest performing creative across accounts and repurpose those creatives into ad images/videos.

It's so powerful, that it can be a bit overwhelming. Every time I have to add a new user, I forget where in the UI I need to go.

One Place to Manage All Our Accounts Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
We can manage all of our different accounts on the varying platforms in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We probably aren’t using it to its full potential, and we’re missing out on some of the reporting because we haven’t taken the time to research the best way to use all of the tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing all of our social media profiles into one account for management.
Easy Multi-Platform Scheduling That Keeps Us Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we can schedule across all of our platforms at once, and that it’s easy to duplicate a post and adjust it for each channel. We also love being able to schedule stories, to help stay consistent even when busy!
What do you dislike about the product?
We often have to reconnect profiles and wish we could schedule reels with audio, but that is mostly an instagram feature that I don't believe is available with any scheduling platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay consistent which keeps us relevant to our audiences. We have MANY platforms so Sprout Social helps us show up on all of them without juggling multiple pages individually. We also love the calendar feature so we can see where we may need to add content.
