It Helps WHOOP attend to our members on social media.

I like Sprout Social's analytics the best. It has the best usage of showing us our data across time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful part about Sprout Social is the ease of scheduling the same posts on different platforms. I think there are still some kinks to work out when adjusting the posts for different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us track our campaigns and post our content. We also respond to our followers through Sprout.
User-Friendly with Strong Collaboration and Scheduling Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is and how I can collaborate with my colleagues on posts and ideas. I think it's a great platform for scheduling posts and also tracking performance. It helps us build out our social calendar across all of our regions, making sure we aren't posting duplicative things and we have a social plan intact.

I use Sprout Social for social media posting and making a calendar. It helps build our social calendar across regions, avoiding duplications and ensuring a solid plan. It's user-friendly for collaborating on posts and ideas, plus great for scheduling and tracking performance.
Streamlined Social Media Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its speed and efficiency when scheduling and reviewing posts. I especially like the ability to post across multiple social profiles while having full access to customize the content for each in one space, which saves me a lot of time. It avoids the need to duplicate content by default on various profiles, and I don't have to reupload an asset over and over again. The reporting features were a big factor in choosing Sprout Social over Hootsuite, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is higher than most other platforms and I wish it did connect with Facebook Groups, but my understanding is that it is the Facebook API limitation, not one of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social speeds up scheduling and reviewing posts. It lets me post across multiple profiles and customize content in one space without reuploading assets, saving massive time and avoiding duplicate posts.

The social listening tool is helpful and the analytics are great - that’s probably what I use sprout for the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be consistent technical issues and alerts happening within the platform. My colleagues and I have all experienced issues from simply logging in (gets stuck on a blank page) all the way to social platforms continuing to disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent spot to pull analytics. It seems like different platforms report differently so it’s nice to have a single platform I can rely on.
A good platform for social media management

Easy to manage the workflow and approval process. Great for scheduling and uploading to multiple channels

Sometimes a bit over complicated - the learning curve is steep.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to the world of social media management, having Sprout Social as a tool to manage all of the platforms is a game-changer. I love that I can customize posts per network, get insights for the best times to post, track analytics, and respond to comments and messages. I would be lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I struggle with are using all of the features/analytics and understanding them, but that's on me for being new to the field. I also wish I could add sound to my reels directly from Sprout Social, rather than having to post natively.

It helps me solve the problem of knowing when to post and weeding trough notifications from apps natively.

Sprout Social is the best tool in the market to handle social media platforms. Basically, we are using this tool to manage X, Facebook, Google Play Store, Instagram, and other platforms. With this tool, we are easily managing all platforms in one place, and it's easy to use. Also, the Sprout Social team provides the best customer support. We use this tool integrated with Salesforce. I love this tool

There is nothing to dislike about this tool, but sometimes when we are handling high volume, this tool lacks performance, and I hope the future update will fix this problem.

Sprout Social biggest advantage is that you can use and manage all the platforms within it also, Sprout Social provides many reports In this system, you can easily check the flow of comments. Additionally, you can reply to customers using Sprout Social, and the customer support of this tool is next level crazy.

Honestly, nothing. Sprout is hands down the best tool out there for social automation and community management. It’s rare to find a platform that checks every box, but Sprout truly does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our entire social media workflow. We can create and schedule content calendars quickly and accurately, optimize posts directly in the platform, and easily manage both internal and client reviews without the need for extra tools or lengthy email chains. The ability to monitor and respond to reviews within Sprout saves us from jumping into each native platform, significantly cutting down on time. We especially love the Smart Inbox for community management; it consolidates all messages and comments in one place, making it faster and easier to respond accurately and maintain strong audience engagement. I love that we can report on our average response times and really stand out as a thoughtful, responsive partner. For us as an agency, that means better efficiency, stronger client satisfaction, and more time to focus on creative strategy.
