Honestly, it really just comes down to the cost, but I also see it as the cost of doing good business and maximizing our ROI.

All-in-One Social Media Solution with AI Integration

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is an all-in-one easy-to-use tool. It utilizes AI for listening and publishing, which makes it really easy to use. I love the feature that lets me chat with my team about content and set up rules for publishing and reviews. Sharing reports and information outside of users is also very simple. I appreciate the easy navigation and having everything in one place, which helps us save money and pull reports from the same data sources. The team's feature is very helpful and supportive, especially as we work to implement it with Salesforce. The initial setup process was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits in listening and having alerts sent to our email which would be a big improvement for us. I would like to be notified immediately if certain keywords are mentioned instead of having to check in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social as an all-in-one tool for social scheduling, reporting, monitoring, and listening. It's easy to use, integrates AI for listening and publishing, facilitates team chats, and consolidates data, saving us money and streamlining reporting.

It's solving what we post and where, and how. It shows what people are engaging with the most.

Adding Process Discipline to Social Media; QA’s Perspective on Sprout Social

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It uses quality signals from data by aggregating engagements and sentiments which comes as trend analysis for quality control
It’s built-in workflows coupled with tagging enables our team to assign responsibility while maintaining version control resulting in collaboration and accountability
It’s structured dashboards and reports collect data consistently over time which makes performance quite easy to audit and later do comparisons
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a social tool, it does not integrate with quality management data and this reduces end-to-traceability. Should be improved
Since this is a marketing tool, it uses terminologies and workflows that are market centric forcing production quality teams to need extra training so as to interpret engagement metrics correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps eliminate lack of ownership through publishing workflows and tasks assignments ensuring teams have clear responsibility equivalent to corrective action ownership
The unified dashboards and shared schedules enable teams to collaborate and this eliminates poor cross team coordination
The tools analytics help identify negative or positive engagements trends within a given period and this similar to trend analysis for quality metrics

Powerful Social Metrics Tool with Some Platform Limitations

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's reporting features beneficial for analyzing metrics like impressions, engagements, engagement rate, and follower growth. These metrics help me understand what resonates with the audience on social media and improve our social media growth and presence. I also found the initial setup easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this is a Sprout problem. However, when there are issues with specific platforms on LinkedIn and Instagram, a lot of the reporting kind of gets messed up as in I'm not able to see specific metrics such as follower growth. And that is, like, very important to me as a social media manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for reporting on social media platforms, finding metrics on impressions, engagements, engagement rate, and follower growth. It helps me understand what resonates with our audience and improves our social media growth and presence.
