What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is very easy to use. I have been using sprout for about 3 years now and have utilized many of its tools and features. Sprout makes community management and scheduling posts very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk scheduler template. The feature to add an image link doesn’t work with dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to bulk schedule is a great feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the bulk scheduler to save time!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Instagram reports! Instagram first comment, location and targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Sometimes issues with uploading photos and it doesn’t tell me what is the issue but works like a dream usually.

Managing social and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple, Sprout is so intuitive, that it should come as second nature to anyone who uses social media regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have genuinely not had a negative experience using Sprout Social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use sprout to manage complaints from our consumers. It is very easy to have quick back and forth conversations to get their problems solved quickly.

Be sure to tag comments for sentiment. This data helps us know if our service is helping us make our consumers happy.

Successful software for managing your social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to my roles as editor and community manager in the company where I work, I need a software with which I can measure the impact of the content I publish on my company's social networks; to achieve this I use Sprout Social, a software with very special features that help you use different social network accounts under a single central panel which is managed exclusively by you. Among the most relevant features of Sprout Social we can mention that, the publications you make in your social networks can be measured based on followers, user interaction with your publications, new followers, new business opportunities, creation of loyalty to your product or brand and exposure of your brand. I use this software a lot in my work to publish our news, information for our clients and consumers, and to position a new product of our company, valuing the accurate commentary of our consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is not as recognized in the market of content managers in social networks, however, its performance and performance is earning it a reputation in social networks and among users; this has been achieved by Sprout Social thanks to its social network management functions, its tools to position news and products in social networks, and its plans adjusted to business requirements. I have been using this software for a few months and can only give positive comments about its functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has given me two great benefits. One is linked to my development as a journalist and editor, since with Sprout Social I have been able to improve my abilities to expose my content in social networks, managing to massify my journalistic work in benefit of the interests of my company. On the other hand, I have made the right efforts to expose the communicational content of my company, having a good amount of followers in different social network accounts, in addition to having very positive comments from our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no doubt that this software has many attributes that allow you to project the image of the product or company you want to advertise. I recommend Sprout Social for being one of the softwares with more options and tools to manage multiple social network accounts, keeping your customers and consumers informed of the innovations that your company is developing, in addition, with this software you can make your company known, deepening in its mission, vision and target audience their products. Use this software in your work and obtain excellent results in the administration of your social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts, and I like the data I can receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints regarding Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes a huge difference to be able to schedule posts in advance. In addition, I find it very helpful to be able to pull data about our posts and followers.

Take advantage of the free trial to play around with Sprout and see how it works!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease to schedule multiple profiles content at once. It’s so easy and visual, it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they allowed for an approval process that did not require another paid subscription. They’re working on this feature though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is the name of the game for us with our two person team managing multiple clients, and Sprout is the game changer because they help us streamline every part of our process so we can work smarter not harder.

Easy scheduling and community management

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content is very easy. You can easily resize images, edit post headlines, create drafts or notes, and set approval processes. Community management team easily tags incoming posts across platforms and responds quickly and easily while being able to see a whole conversation history with each individual customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Listening tool is lacking a more visual layout, needs better UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re scheduling more content because of the speed of the product. The reports make it easier to prove the value of our efforts. Community management is highly successful.

Excellent social media scheduling and analytics tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love to schedule posts across all our social media platform. Being able to also add geo-locations helps out a lot, not to mention the different tags! Of course the Instagram First Comment section is an added bonus and helps out A LOT!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest..maybe find a way to add TikTok? Also what about IGTV Videos, when can we start scheduling them? And finally, IG Stories, let's get this going too as scheduling Stories can help out too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems related to scheduling of content, being able to build our brand, and being able to just put our best creative work forward!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong as it will be very useful to your team. You will be able to finally get your social media game started and start producing consistent and useful content on the go.

As for features, the feature of being able to add your Instagram First Comment is important in this day and age, so you can put all your different 30 main #hashtags !

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I even begin? The synchronized inbox between platforms, the ease in reading and reporting analytics, the publishing. It's all so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post to stories or select the cover image for a video. DM's don't come into Sprout and I so wish they did!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to come up with a clear social strategy for my brand and multiple accounts. Messages aren't falling through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just commit. Don't let the financial's scare you. If you're looking for a tool to optimize the use of social media and digital marketing, Sprout has just about everything you could ask for.

Great All Around Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social was easy to set up. As an agency, creating groups and team collaboration is a breeze, making different social campaigns easy to manage.

The smart inbox tool has been great to use with groups as well. It allows our teams to deliver timely responses and interact with visitors and followers more efficiently.

The reports are very intuitive, from tracking our efforts to understanding what is happening with competitors and within the industry with keyword listening.

There is also great training and an extensive knowledge base to help learn all of the ins and outs.
I feel we've only scratched the surface with this tool and am excited to get more use out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Facebook group publishing. Would be great to be able to filter twitter streams. I would really like to use the listening tool but advanced listening is rather pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using Sprout Social has been team collaboration. I have seen other features on other platforms, but the team workflow on Sprout has been the best.

This is a great social media management tool, especially for agencies looking for more team collaboration, automation, and reporting.
