Great agency tool for simply & efficient management of multiple client social media channels

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, particularly across multiple client accounts and channels. The mobile app is the perfect complement to the full desktop package, making it easy to post and keep on top of client channels out of normal business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of the features of other packages. i.e. It doesn't support organic carousel posts in Facebook, which both Emplifi & Sprinklr do. Doesn't have an AI content generator, which Emplifi does, and some functions of the standard reporting are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables my team to manage social media channels for multiple clients, quickly and efficiency from a single package. Makes it easy for colleagues to collaborate on different accounts, and to ensure nothing gets missed!

What do you like best about the product?
Continue to appreciate tagging and use it cross-platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interested in how further integration with emerging platforms can be improved like TikTok and Bluesky. Would be great too if there was something that could link with earned media analytics platforms like muckrack or cision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have contacted Sprout a variety of time and their customer service has been great! They're quick to respond and follow-up. The only thing we wish is that the premium was a bit more affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to track our social posts, especially with the tag and inbox functionality. Something we use a lot is their Workflows functionality for approvals. It makes it easy to streamline social posts to different owners in a concise manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent errors about images not publishing correctly to LinkedIn or Twitter after being pushed through Sprout.

The user interface isn't super intuitive. The menu's a bit clunky and takes a handle to get used to at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us see all our coordinated social posts going out in any given time period across however many social platforms. This ensures that messaging is similar across all platforms and that we are pushing posts out at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. I love that it has every feature I need to schedule social posts. I love the word cloud, trending topics, & listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is lacking in that you can't bulk tag your posts and thus making it difficult to track specific campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling posts across social media platforms extremely easy and quick. Other tools don't let you schedule stories or choose IG thumbnails. Sprout does.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about sprout is the scheduling feature. Being able to schedule posts in advance and determine where and when they will go out is great. It is pretty seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't use trending sounds or pick profile photos for reels. Is there a solution? Due to copyrights for sounds, I am not so sure. For the image, I have no idea about the complications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post across all platforms quickly is an issue most social media managers have, especially when you have more than one client. This has made my work a lot more efficient. I also appreciate the reporting features; it is downloadable and straightforward to share with clients.

Putting it all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has helped me manage our multiple accounts all in one place. Scheduling, duplicating, and tracking are now easier than ever and simplify my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more abilities available at the introductory price. For example, the listening tool would be beneficial, but it's not affordable at our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes me more efficient at my job and gives me back time in my day to tackle other tasks. Since implementing Sprout Social, I am more productive and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a great option for social media teams. Gives helpful insights into my client and their accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout isn't 100% accurate with reporting and often fails to post reels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can load all my social content for the upcoming month and have it all scheduled and ready to go at optimal times each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite aspect of Sprout is scheduling Instagram stories. Rather than schedule them like a standard post, Sprout sends an email to the user of your choice as a reminder to share the story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to streamline our social media process, and schedule content as far in advance or as immediate as I choose. I love the "optimal time" feature that ensures my posts are reaching the widest audience possible per platform. I also use Sprout to respond to customer reviews on Google and it is SO handy being able to do that right from Sprout instead of logging into GMB each time.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's pretty easy to use and helpful to make my day go by easier as I can pre-schedule a lot of work ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripe is that posts can fail sometimes and it is annoying to have to redo the work again or do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making me have more time to manage multiple accounts as I can schedule ahead and monitor with ease.
