All in One Social Media Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to manage all social media in one place and It also helps track messages and performance so I can stay organized and respond faster, I am still pretty new to this Sprout Social, but I believe it is one of the best applications for managing social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit expensive, especially for small teams or individuals. Also, it can take a little time to learn all the features at the start as a beginner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps manage all social media messages and posts in one place, so nothing gets missed. It saves time and helps me stay organized, reply faster, and understand what’s working better.

Comprehensive Social Platform with Pricy Add-Ons

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I enjoy being able to pull reports since it's already all connected to all of my firm's social media accounts. I really like seeing what the numbers are from month to month and appreciate the weekly recap from Sprout Social on what our numbers are looking like from week to week. I also really like having everything in one place, allowing me to leverage it to check and compare numbers from year to year, month to month, or even week to week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the fact that there's a bunch of different add-ons. Like, the premium analytics, I understand that can be an add-on. I just wish that it wasn't so expensive. I wish that they would consider kind of what specific industry they're selling this to because I don't think a law firm would use it the same way that an ad agency would. I kind of wish that there were more streamlined analytics. And I wish we could have access to a little bit more without just having to upgrade, because we can't justify the cost for what we would use in premiere analytics. I do also wish that there was more support on trying to connect Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ads. Like, I don't think it's super easy to connect it. And when it is connected, I wish there was more like, an instruction video or some sort of support. I feel like the numbers vary from sprout social to GA4 or LinkedIn Ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline our scheduling and social media process, keeping everything in one platform and enabling organized workflows.

Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social allows me to set a schedule for posts across all our social media platforms, which I can monitor from a local level in line with the national cooperative we're a part of. It's really helpful to be able to view posts beforehand and see what they'll look like on each platform, letting us refine the post quality and avoid needing edits after posting. The transition to Sprout Social was quick and easy, too, thanks in part to our national cooperative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use a bunch of tools that you have available while posting directly from the platform itself. Such as stickers, links, font to name a few that really drive the audience to interact or convert on each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me manage our cooperative's scheduled posts, ensuring a consistent local schedule. It allows us to set and view posts across platforms, enhancing post quality without post-publishing edits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout Social is to use and its intuitive platform. The reporting dashboard stands out for me, allowing a lot of variety in tracking different metrics. This really adds value for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to tag people in the first comment option when scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts ahead of time and tracking metrics. The platform is very intuitive and the reporting dashboard provides a lot of variety in different metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social stands out for its ease of use and all-in-one functionality—making it simple to publish content, track performance, engage with audiences, and manage employee advocacy from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that employee advocacy content doesn’t appear on the publishing/calendar view, which makes it harder to plan and manage alongside our broader content strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By continuously listening to customer feedback and evolving the platform, - especially with new AI capabilities, it allows our team to work more efficiently, stay ahead of trends, and improve overall performance

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling social media posts for clients. It makes it so easy for our team to access all of our clients in one space and saves time by scheduling posts out a month at a time. I love how organized the platform is and how easy it is to use. I've used a lot of different social media post scheduling platforms, and Sprout Social doesn't give me the issues I experienced with others. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Sprout Social!

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts for clients. It makes it easy for my team to access client info in one place and saves time by scheduling posts monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy the platform is to use across the whole workflow—creation, approval, and posting. Overall, it feels like a very intuitive solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve run into issues with reporting, and date updates in the analytics dashboard are often delayed.

Reviews and approvals for posts, along with access and the ability to respond to DMs within the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for organic social media scheduling and analytics, and I really appreciate its ability to post across a variety of channels using one tool. It's very easy to use, and I'm familiar with the platform, which is a big plus for me. I like the in-house editing tools that allow for quick photo cropping and fixing small mistakes without needing to leave the tool. The AI suggestions refine language, which helps polish posts, and it gives helpful reminders before wrapping up each post. I think it's great that I can construct messaging for different audiences without needing to open new tabs, as it lets me post different messages on different channels within the same screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-house video editing tools don't really work well, the analytics are a bit rough to understand if you're new or not familiar, and the layout is a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts across multiple channels in one tool, refine language with AI suggestions, and use in-house editing tools to fix mistakes. It simplifies constructing different messages for varied audiences without changing tabs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find things that you want to find to better your brand. I also appreciate how many different options there are to research. These features are very valuable to me because I use the social listening tab the most. When I put in exactly what I'm looking to search up, Sprout Social immediately gives me all different platforms, keywords, and examples of exactly what I'm looking for. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there's always an option to be giving users more insight for free instead of having to pay to get basic information other platforms offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me analyze competitors, organize information neatly, and determine strategies for my brand. It's easy to find what I need to improve my brand, and I value the variety of research options and the social listening tab.

What do you like best about the product?
Data and ease. I'm able to see how each of our posts are doing with reliable data, along with organization making the experience seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit complicated to navigate for a new user - took me time to get used to the layout.

Being able to see reliable data that I can trust.
