What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers robust and comprehensive metrics that make it easy to track performance and gain actionable insights. The employee advocacy tools are especially user-friendly, making it simple to amplify content across teams. Additionally, the platform makes it easy to manage multiple social profiles efficiently, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. One area for improvement would be more flexibility when posting across platforms—specifically, the ability to send content to employee advocacy on LinkedIn while simultaneously publishing to other channels like Facebook. It would also be helpful to more easily customize and post platform-specific variations without having to create entirely new posts each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline social media management by allowing me to manage posting across all accounts in one place. It also supports boosting employee engagement through its advocacy tools, making it easier to share and amplify content internally. Additionally, the ability to easily export metrics saves time and provides valuable insights to inform strategy and measure performance.

Easy Batch Scheduling and Insights That Prove Social Media Value

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it really easy for me to batch schedule content across channels, review content performance insights, integrate with other channels and tools, understand trends on social listening, and prove value around social media as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is really high compared to other platforms, but the features and ease of use make up for that, for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes content scheduling, reporting, and engagement more efficient and allows me to structure my time and schedule in a manageable way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization it provides and the fact that AI is utilized makes it more up to date with competitor apps. The onboarding process was easy and I found the web deisgn easy to use. The scheduling function has been my favorite part, saving me time and keeping me and my goals on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Sprout Social. Everything has come easily so far. No issues.

My time management is the largest problem solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy for me to schedule my firm’s posts and stay consistent with our content without adding extra complexity to the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant comes to mind. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’ve gotten a lot of value out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me streamline and elevate our entire social media process. It saves a significant amount of time by allowing me to schedule content in advance and manage everything in one place. The reporting tools make it easy to demonstrate the value of our efforts and share insights with leadership.

It’s also improved how we make decisions. I can clearly see which campaigns and content are resonating with our audience and adjust our strategy accordingly. Before implementing Sprout, our team wasn’t using a dedicated social media management tool, so the difference in efficiency, organization, and overall effectiveness has been a dramatic turnaround.

We can only afford one seat in the app, so it is very difficult to keep up with tagging when we don't have multiple people using the software.

An all-in-one place to track analytics. It saves me so much time

Streamlines Social Media, Needs Better Instagram Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social organizes all of our social media comments in a way that allows us all to respond. I appreciate how I can see if someone else is working on another ticket before I start, which helps our team utilize our time more effectively and prevents us from both working on the same thing at the same time. This feature makes our team quicker and more effective. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how we can't see Instagram comments at all right now. I don't know why we can't see the ad comments from Instagram. So that's annoying. And then also the settings at the top, like, if you organize, it'll mess up everything. The Instagram ad comments need to be fixed. It's like a bug in our system where if the Instagram ad comments are on, it won't show anything else. That needs to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize social media comments so our team can respond efficiently, avoiding duplicate work.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the competitor data feature in Sprout Social. It allows me to evaluate my company's performance by looking deeper into data and seeing competitor data. The initial setup of Sprout Social was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free features. It's very expensive, which is a problem for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for tracking Twitter stats and analyzing competitor data, helping me evaluate my company's performance.

Slow Onboarding, Limited Integrations, and Pricey for the Metrics You Get

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using the platform for 2 months but I will say that I'm not totally happy. I asked for onboarding my first day and it took a month for an onboarding specialist to reach out to me. I am the new manager of our platforms & needed immediate training. I found it quicker to ask other social managers within my network to walk me through how they use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough API integrations. I find myself bouncing between Sprout and native reporting to get a full picture of engagement, content trends, UGC & collab posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to publish content and reply to DM's sufficiently. The place where we run into issues and reporting and retrospective trends from the month. IE: understanding how many inbounds are in relation to something specific. Cross platform trends and overall campaign results.
