All in one!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is a really great tool to have community management, scheduling and reporting all in one tool. It is really easy to use and makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if we could connect a business account and not only see the reporting for organic but for paid things too. And when replying to Facebook users it would be good if we could do reactions for Facebook easily, not just a thumbs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really useful to have one tool that does it all. It's really easy to use and it does all the things like scheduling, community management and reporting really well.

It is just so easy to plan your posts and put them on to a calender.

I wish the features were easier to use for beginners.

User-Friendly with Excellent Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, which makes managing social media tasks efficient and straightforward. It excels in facilitating collaboration within my team, simplifying the process of working with many team members. The reports feature stands out with its clarity and ease of understanding, enabling me to comprehend social media metrics quickly. Community management is significantly streamlined through the inbox feature, offering a clear and concise way to manage interactions. Additionally, the workflows provided by Sprout Social enhance collaboration by making it incredibly easy to coordinate tasks among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that not all content can be posted via Sprout Social without requiring push notifications. Additionally, the current lack of access to music libraries for adding to videos limits my creative options. Another area for improvement is the AI functionality—it would be beneficial if it could be trained to write content that aligns with the brand's voice. Furthermore, the listening setup feels cumbersome, and an AI assistant to streamline this process would be a significant improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling, listening, reporting, and community management. It's user-friendly, simplifies community management, and makes collaboration with team members easy.
The best social media solutions app!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and visual it is, their great customer support and all the functionalities that it offers, especially the reports. In general I think it's a great app to make lives easier for social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other social media tools I would say it's a bit pricey. The other downside I found it's hat when a post it's not posted due to an error, it usually doesn't say what error it is.
Also it would be nice to schedule stories automatically, not as a reminder.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts at optimal times and in different social media accounts at the same time. Preparing performance reports based on the key metrics. Basically it made me save a lot of time I am spending in other tasks.
Excellent tools for collaborative working
What do you like best about the product?
A clear platform that gives us excellent scope for collaborative working across teams. The publishing tool is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting is tricky but the support team help.

Being able to quickly and clearly see what is happening in a crisis situation.
The definitive social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
The social media listening feature is something incredible!

I don't see any poor-quality feature. It's a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social mainly for social media management and social media analytics but the key feature we are using a lot is the social media listening feature that allows us to listen in real-time sentiments on social media related so specific topics, hashtags or to specific social pages!
Great all-rounder tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to export reports - it is very helpful to showcase to stakeholders across the business especially when they ask for updates. There are also a lot of internal team tools that I (unfortunately) don't have the time to utilise to their full potential. The tagging systems are very helpful as are the auto-publishing to Instagram and Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI and layout took me a while to get used to. Some of the symbols could be mistaken for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main focus as a team is TikTok. The publishing features for Instagram and Twitter allow us to still show up on those channels while being able to invest our time to achieving our TikTok goals. It also has fairly good social listening capabilities.
A nearly perfect, solid platform.

Clean interface. Reporting and publishing is spot on.

The Inbox interface feesl cluncky and not as user friendly as other competitors.

Reducing workload but scheduling content on several platforms at the same time. Reporting is great and all in one place. We are able to make sense of what works and what doesn't.

The reporting function is great and i love that you can integrate with additional tools. The dark mode is priceless!

When i click on the back button, i need to log in again sometimes. Annoying.

one click launch in more platforms. Same for reporting: 360 overview on our performance in all platforms
Sprout has been a very useful tool that continues to get better and better

Sprout is constantly looking at ways to improve their platform. Their customer service is generally very good and the reps we normally work with are very helpful and understanding.
Sprout is our most important tool within our business and its not often that we have outages or issues which is really great.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can take awhile to get problems resolved when they are not effecting every customer using the tool. Also, when changes are made, its sometimes not communicated to us but can effect our workflow in a pretty major way.
The Sprout inbox has had a ton of issues and that is a tool we use pretty consistently on the platform so it impacts our workflow when it has glitches/issues.
Activity logs don't show all activity made on a draft, it only shows the most recent user that touched that draft. I wish the activity would show all the activity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of planning out content in advance and automatically posting the date and times we choose. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time from when we were posting manually.
Also, the workflow/ approval set-up has really streamlined our process for quality checks and ensuring our content is accurate before posting.
