Effective but room for growth
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the comments are in one place and you can respond to different message types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to associate sounds to reels or carousel posts within the platform - we have to do this in-app on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep the comments all in one place so that responses aren't being missed and concerns are not falling on deaf ears. It is tracking improvements and top performing posts all in one place.
Efficient and useful
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me hugely on time when bulk-scheduling content. I also use it regularly for reporting on our organic engagement. The smart inbox and listening tools are also really helpful for maintaining our brand health.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very occasional bugs but that's usually the fault of the platforms and get resolved quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's putting everything in one central location instead of having to trawl through each of the platforms which hugely saves us on time as a small organisation with limited resources.
Helps streamline, but does come with a cost
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has made it much easier for us to manage multiple social channels across our organization, while also adding in videos, collaborators, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be hard to justify. We can't afford some of the upgrades that would make it easier for us to manage our presence, and there are few options for discounts, even for non profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to schedule multiple messages across multiple platforms easily and with few issues.
Great Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout every day at work as a social media manager, and it saves me so much time. It is so nice to be able to handle everything for my multiple clients in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time.I really enjoy the current features.

Helps us stay on top of brand mentions
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has proven to be a very useful tool for our team. It makes it easy to track all mentions of our brand and social handles, helping us stay on top of what the market is saying. The scheduling features are straightforward and save us a lot of time.
That said, the platform is on the expensive side, especially since we’re not yet using its full range of features. It would be extremely valuable if Sprout offered weekly or monthly highlight emails showcasing how other users take advantage of its advanced functions—this would help us unlock more of its potential.
Overall, Sprout Social is reliable, intuitive, and powerful. While the cost is higher than some alternatives, the functionality it provides makes it a strong choice for serious social media management.

The platform is quite expensive, especially since we don’t use all of its advanced features. It would be helpful if Sprout provided regular tips or examples of how other users maximize the tool, so we could unlock more value. Some areas also feel a bit overwhelming without more guidance.

Sprout Social solves the challenge of keeping track of all our brand mentions and social handles across different platforms in one place. Instead of manually searching or missing important conversations, we now have a clear pulse on what the market is saying. It also streamlines our social media scheduling, saving us time and helping us stay consistent with posting. Overall, it gives us better awareness of customer sentiment and improves efficiency in managing our brand presence.

Great Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
the thing I like about the most is how easy it is to publisha nd schedule posts. Another thing I love is their smart inbox and the way you can set up automated rules to filter out conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Sprout is that for posting there is a certain character limit for post captions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me filter out conversations using automated rules for me to engage with.
All Metrics In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Even though I haven't used Sprout Social for long, it's been a great tool that helps with efficiency. Not having to jump from page to page to manage and report on all of our social media accounts is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting accounts was a little complicated, but that's more Meta's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing social media scheduling and metrics.
Sprout makes scheduling easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to upload and schedule in Sprout, and they are always updating to provide new features that make it even simpler. I also like the tagging and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features sometimes take a bit of time to catch up with social media trends, such as the ability to add document carousel PDFs directly into Sprout, a new feature, although document carousels have been popular for around a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it very simple to upload and schedule social posts in one place. I appreciate being able to quickly filter by tag to see how that type of content is performing.
Sprout Social is awesome, but has some gaps to be filled!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout for it's ease of use, especially since we use Sprout multiple times a day every day! It is extremely user friendly in terms of it's Smart Inbox and Publishing! We love the tagging feature to monitor customer feedback as well. We also are super thankful we can pull in organic and paid comments to monitor. It was extremely easy to integrate all of our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest things that we dislike about Sprout are things that we just cannot afford. Social Listening is extremely important to us and we wish we could access a fraction of it without going over budget. We have met with our customer support rep about pricing and it is a just a bit outrageous for us. Similarly, we hoped we could add more profiles to our account without any extra fee. Including Reddit, which I don't believe is an option now.
We also don't love the reporting tools and find them a bit inaccurate. We end up doing a lot of calculations ourselves because we can't rely on the reporting tools 100%. Otherwise, we are grateful for Sprout and I have been using them throughout my professional career!

Sprout is helping us solve the issue of bandwidth within our team to respond to comments on all of our social profiles.
