Versatile all-in-one Social Media tool for scheduling, reporting, listening and more
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts, see how they will look and communicate with coworkers directly in the tool. Also the reports are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualisation of some reports directly in Sprout is not very nice. I wish I could exclude countries when targeting for FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling = not having to work weird hours

Positive Experience with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Sprout Social is really easy to use and makes planning and scheduling social media content simple. The reports are easy to use and share out with our team. I love that it's so easy to publish to Instagram without worrying about the correct format of videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have some translation features. Also, multifactor authentication can really slow down our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped us manage our social media calendar and draft posts. This has helped us plan more consistently and stay on top of our brand voice and messaging. It has also helped us incorporate greater collaboration.
Great for basic monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is intuitive and I have been able to figure out the basic uses of it. Publishing content is fairly simple and tagging is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service could be better. Service is getting more expensive even without any upgrades. Loved that it was a cost -effective solution, but the affordability isn't what it used to be. Charging more with no extra features isn't great.

We are able to monitor and respond to social media complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform acts as a one-stop shop for connecting our social media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to dive into any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides visibility into any customer inquiries and also allows us to easily manage our tags and shout-outs from other outlets. Having the ability to plan out our content calendar is excellent.
User-friendly, get what you put in
What do you like best about the product?
Optimal Times scheduler is helpful and generally accurate. Scheduling tool is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Profile Performance tool is good for getting a quick, high-level snapshot of engagement data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only use the scheduling features in my role, so a lot of other features like Tasks, Messaging, Reports, etc are irrelevant to me. I can see how they might be helpful to a social media manager or other leader, but for someone who is just a team member writing and scheduling posts, the other features mostly just add clutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a member of our social team but not the project manager, I don't have direct admin access to our organization's Facebook or LinkedIn pages. Sprout Social helps me contribute to social scheduling without needing this access.
Easy & Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user friendly the platform is and the optimal posting time suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that it would allow you to create or link TikToks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is currently helping with time management since you can schedule out posts.
Love Sprout- here's why
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout. It's rarely buggy and it's very intuitive. I like how easy it is for me to quickly schedule posts to go out, and I like that Sprout is at the forefront of app updates so I can quickly take advantage of things like scheduling Reels on Instagram
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes get a little in the weeds with data while looking through the analytics. While I think it's helpful that they provide information via an icon near what I'm looking at, sometime it isn't quite detailed enough and it's a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves us time by having just one spot to go to post all of our material. I appreciate that. I also recently signed up for the social listening feature and I look forward to hearing how my community is impacted by my business.
One of the most robust SM management systems out there
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple channels to easily manage data and reporting across platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduled posts will fail on a regular enough basis for it to be a concern. No real integration with Tiktok yet.

Customer interaction and responding to individual messages and comments is much easier

the scheduling is fantastic and I love how interactive the dashboard is!

i wish comments were more logically laid out for talking between teams

Not having to native post has solved most of our problems around reaching our audience at the correct times without someone always being on call
Have been using Sprout for over a year and Loving It as an upgrade to Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
The analytical piece of Sprout social and the ease of posting and resharing - as well as watching competitor postings, are some of my favorite things about Sprout! I love being able to schedule PDFs to key stakeholders in our college.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout could integrate with more. To have the option to integrate posts to google calendar, monday.com or other project management systems would be great. To also have the ability to reshare directly to LinkedIn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With being new to Sprout Social, only for a couple of weeks, I have reaped the benefits of Sprout being easily accessible and fast-changing. I am also thankful for the ever-updated emails that come out with assistance on how to create/ utilize Sprout in different ways.
