What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share among the team and get feedback on specific interactions. Everyone is finding that we are able to collaborate more on responses, that queries are going to the right place and everyone is building their knowledge base even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far, still finding our way around but everything looks positive. Even if we do find problems, we should be able to find work arounds to over come and to find solutions. Like learning anything new, it takes a little bit of time, but I am so much more confident now after our group training, that I was when we first started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone is on the same page, getting replies out quicker, transparency of messages across all platforms. This will in turn give our members a better overall experience with more support, quicker answers and first person resolution
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit of a game changer for us so take the opportunity to see how this can help grow your business and better support your members/clients too

Loving Sprout Social it so far

What do you like best about the product?
The Publishing feature on Sprout Social is easy to use and allows use to add custom tags to all our content. Also, the Reporting available on Sprout Social has everything our team requires. Onboarding sessions with Lionelroi were great! All three sessions were beneficial and informative. It was a great chance to ask any questions we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not spent enough time using Sprout yet to find many dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting available is easy to use, and the Listening feature is also very handy. Having more integration with Instagram would be helpful as we still find ourselves posting Instagram stories and carousels direct from the Insta app. They do still pull into reporting, which is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social appears to be a great platform for managing our social marketing. It is easy to use and has all the reporting we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to stay on top of your social media accounts and stay on top of trends. This platform is easy to use and great for helping with time management. Overall everything you need in a social listening platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say is to make it useful to track Influencers! This will make it an all-in-one package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are tracking competition and saving time while doing it. This is all in one system that helps eliminate time-waisted jumping from platform to platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best all-in-one system. Do your research before signing with anyone else but sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
The three-part onboarding sessions were well structured and super helpful. Lionel outlined the basics of the platform as well as specifically tailoring features and solutions to what would suit our business model. He was supportive, always on hand to answer any questions, and was an absolute pleasure to correspond with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The platform has so far performed as expected and it suiting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, scheduling content in one place, monitoring and responding to comments, plus reporting across many channels. Our business has 17 tourism parks to look after, each with a Facebook and Instagram channel, so anything that will help save me time is a lifesaver!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting available in Sprout Social. I also like how you can create your own views of different social platforms and search according to the type of message or comment was left.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've seen is that there is so MUCH to use that important features could get lost in the mix as you're getting set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we switched over to Sprout Social was for the analytics. I can say it doesn't disappoint! It's filled with different reports to view how your social profiles are measuring up to KPIs like engagement and reach. As we've starting using it, I've been better able to pinpoint areas were we can improve and where we're doing well. I especially appreciate seeing the competitors tab–which gives me insights into how we're comparatively performing.

Definitely has robust reporting!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all your data in one place, compare accounts and competitors, and save time. It's also great that you can assign tasks to coworkers and request approval before posts go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra step to post on Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, analytics, and competitor insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is not just built to achieve simple tasks like publishing. It's built from the ground up to use social media effectively in our marketing campaigns. Every feature just *feels* right. Because it's so intuitively designed, it allows us to tell a really comprehensive and data-driven story to our clients, which in turn gives them confidence in us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any premium tool, the price reflects the value. A lot of competitors have more affordable packages, but they all ended up leaving us frustrated by the extra effort and obstacles their functionality created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows our social services to all live on one platform. The vast array of functionality and integrations allow us to run everything under the Sprout umbrella.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is what sold me on Sprout. I love the variations that I can put together to pull custom reporting for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social Profiles should include one account per Network for each handle. Looking at a business IG and business FB account as different social profiles seems costly, and adding more profiles also becomes expensive. For the amount I pay monthly, I should efficiently service ten clients (multiple social profiles), but I am unable. It is limiting to the growth of my Agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now export and send custom reports to my clients, which is essential for growing Social Media Accounts.

Sprout Social is leading the way in Social Analytics, & even Training and Support with Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the reporting functions; it's very easy to see all of our metrics to help inform our social strategy. I use the graphs to report on our successes to the rest of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could add personal LinkedIn pages, though I think that might be a limitation with LinkedIn?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used other platforms in the past that were... unreliable when it came to scheduling posts. I would find out hours (or days) later than a post didn't go out when I expected, which was quite frustrating! I've never had this happen with Sprout, it's a very reliable platform -- which is crucial with social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Content workflows-allowing for approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is quite high, as only 1 admin utilizes the entire platform. The rest of the users are strictly content workflow contributors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By utilizing the content workflow, we are able to ensure that our brand is executed properly and our student content creators are protected when they submit content for publishing to our school social channels.

Watch the training modules and schedule the onboarding calls with your entire team.
