Sprout Social is the platform you're looking for
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create multiple accounts with sprout social, and I also love that you can see the schedule of each social platform all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I don't like about sprout social at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to plan out my social content months in advance, schedule it and let sprout social do the rest
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up multiple users if need be but keep in mind, the basic package only comes with 2.

The functionality is very great. The overall stuff is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to schedule posts, find curated content, and run reports on analytics and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging companies and users. It was not possible to tag individual users from with the platform for LinkedIn. And many times it was hard to find a smaller company even when typing the correct handle. For example, some of the D2C brands did not come up in the suggestion dropdown, even when I had typed the correct LinkedIn company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great tool. Obviously with data there is always going to be disparity, so I would run reports both on Sprout Social as well as on the social platforms themselves. Something that would be helpful is have a capability to combine paid and organic results, or to view separately. It was not always obvious what the data was including.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has revolutionized my business, and it's hard to name just one thing I like best, but... it would have to be the Smart Inbox. Being able to see all my clients' messages across all platforms in one place has been a game-changer for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything that I dislike. Sprout's team is very engaged and is always happy to hear and discuss feature requests!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's reporting is unlike anything I've ever seen before. With Sprout, I'm able to provide more value to my clients by auto-delivering them powerful customized reports each month. I'm also able to track things like positive audience comments, metrics for specific campaigns, and even competitors' metrics too.
Managing all my clients' social content in Sprout - from campaign building to asset gathering to copywriting to scheduling to tracking results - saves me time in my business and allows me to provide more value in less time. I don't know how I ever ran my business without it!

The best social media management platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has worked in social media for over the years, I've tested and used quite a few social media management platforms over the years. I've come to love Sprout Social for a number of reasons, but I can confidently say that Sprout is the best social media management platform out there. It's easy to set up, easy to onboard new users and add platforms, and easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could find anything to dislike about Sprout Social, it would be the cost. Sprout is definitely on the higher end of the price scale for this type of system, but it is well worth it. However, I can understand how it might be a barrier to entry for smaller organizations or companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us engage effectively with our audience across all of our platforms. We're able to stay on top of messages and respond quickly to comments and replies. Our executive team is also able to stay on top of what's going out on social through approval workflows. Overall, it's a great system on many levels.
Sprout is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy easy and analytics reporting is broken out with tags, categories and competitor comparison. Analyzing individual campaigns and paid advertising has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I have no complaints about Sprout Social. I thought hard about this - but when I did have a problem getting our account to work with the Facebook and Instagram API, their customer support team was incredibly helpful and fast and had the problem resolved within 24 hours for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows for easy campaign tracking and performance analytics on paid social media campaigns all in one place. It also allows for social listening within Twitter, making it convenient to keep up with brand mentions and sentiment and ensuring we aren't missing conversations when they happen.

Sprout Social allows us to easily monitor our social media pages in one convenient location. Their scheduling tool is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no glaring weaknesses with Sprout Social.

Sprout Social saves you time by keeping all of your notifications for all of your platforms in one easy-to-use feed. This helps make sure you don't miss any messages, comments, retweets, likes or other interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of MercyOne accounts in one place. It's easy for my team to navigate - publish and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the listening feature is difficult to navigate - sidebar: I have not spent that much time with it, but I wish it were easier to see who was talking about your brand so we can join the conversation. I was also really hoping that we could monitor public Facebook groups to help with reputation management - hopefully, in the future, Sprout can update that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Social Media Management tool for all pages and social channels! This is a massive accomplishment for our team! It always other team members to help publish content and assist with reputation management. I also love all of the reporting - this helps bring value to the upper manamgment of what we are doing on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform for a social media team, working remotely from one another, can cater to all skill levels. Easy to use, manage and set up. Highly recommend.

Timing scheduled posts are much easier with the algorithm
