Great social management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can manage social media listening and customer service across all platforms easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better reporting. It's pretty generic so adding more high level reports will take it to the next level.

Reaching out to customer inquiries and complaints in a quick and easy manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! There's not a feature I don't LOVE! As the social media landscape continues to evolve, Sprout Social is always ahead of the pack when it comes to providing modern marketers with strategic solutions for all facets of social media marketing. This includes everything from sophisticated content scheduling and conversation management tools to robust reporting and social listenting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. Prices tend to be on the higher side, but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" With Sprout, you're paying for a premium product and premium service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has allowed our organization to streamline the process of content scheduling across 130+ locations and provided actionable reporting insights we've been able to use to evaluate the effectiveness of our content marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for reporting, insights, employee advocacy and social listening. It saves me hours by having everything in one place, eliminating the need to create posts outside of a tool or go to different social platforms for reporting and posting. It features an easy approval process for creating content, allowing me to get a second set of eyes on everything. I appreciate the top-notch customer service and how they are always ahead of setting new trends. They consistently introduce new features, setting a standard that other vendors try to keep up with. The setup process was in-depth and very easy, with a personalized and fun approach to learning the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations could be improved. It would be nice to have more integrations with Reddit and a more advanced chat GPT type AI bot for the social content creation piece to better automate post creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me hours by consolidating content creation and reporting on one platform. It streamlines approval processes with ease, allowing a second set of eyes on creations.

I dislike how junky and busy the platform feels.

It's a bit pricey but really allows you to keep track of comments and DMs.

Some posts require mobile posting, defeats the value of scheduling in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox easily organizes all of my client's social media platforms and interactions for quick replies!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post Instagram stories or Carousels or promote content from Sprout on Instagram. This is an Instagram problem, though, not a Sprout one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me solve the business problem of too many tools/accounts, which increases my productivity/efficiency for my clients.

The humans. The dedicated support we get for a relatively small account is really incredible.

Nothing. We're very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing UI for scheduling posts and great for metrics!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts. The UI is easy and intuitive.it is also easy to edit picture sizes for specific platforms.

It has challenges with scheduling Instagram stories at the time I was using it.

Mapping out content across multiple platforms all at once really helps with time management.

What do you like best about the product?
it has questionnaires to help customize the dashboard experience as per my company's needs, it is a very robust tool and gives away a lot of insights as well as ease of work, thereby increasing overall productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling of posts for instagram as well as pulling out analytics for the same still needs a little work, and even that is constantly improving, apart from that there are no flaws that i can highlight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this in our Marketing team to schedule Social Media Posts and pull out Analytics for the same, we can easily monitor mentions of certain keywords on social media and take business decisions based on the analytics results.
