Great for Social Reporting, But Carousel Limits and Post Failures Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, influencer platform, and social media reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of freedom in posting carousels (only 10 pics instead of instagram allowed 20), several failed posts from collaboration connections.

Efficient Scheduling & Great Support, But Renewal Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts across platforms in one place and appreciate how the customer support through the live chat is usually very helpful and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a headache making changes to our account when going to renew our subscription.

It saves time being able to schedule posts across social media platforms at one time
Easy to Access Influencer Options, But New Format and Fewer Metrics Disappoint

Easy to see a lot of different influencers who could potential be added to a campaign.

The new format and limited metrics make it difficult to use effectively.

Sprout Social makes it easy to access thousands of social partners in a simple search, which is helpful.
Great Multi-Platform Posting, Needs Better Boosted Content Separation
What do you like best about the product?
The posting time identification is very helpful for performance best practices. I also enjoy the seamless multi-platform posting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very happy with the way that the post cannot be separated from boosted to non-boosted content to gauge performance.

I appreciate how I can input my account keywords to scrub online platforms for conversations and happenings. This helps me maintain awareness for my brand.
Efficient Social Media Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for about four years, primarily for planning our weekly social posts on LinkedIn and other platforms. I appreciate how it makes scheduling and posting social media content a lot quicker and easier, especially for our small team of three. We can plan all our posts across the platform in under an hour, which is incredibly time-saving. I find the ability to quickly copy existing posts and plan them across different profiles simultaneously very useful. The week view, which lines up times and shows gaps in the schedule, is another feature I really like. It's essential for efficiently managing our posts. Additionally, the AI feature that describes images has become important to us as it enhances our post's accessibility and attractiveness. The initial setup was easy, and while setting up individual posts initially took time, it's clear that Sprout Social has evolved to be faster and more supportive now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally face issues with links pulling through images in Sprout Social, which has become a recurring problem. This inconsistency requires me to manually add an image to every post, adding an extra layer of time to the process. Additionally, while I understand that Sprout Social saves time overall, the cost is a significant concern for me as a small business. It feels quite expensive for a team of just three, and even though it ultimately saves time, price sensitivity remains an essential factor. Another drawback is that initially, the setup lacked AI assistance for writing descriptions, which made the process longer compared to current capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social makes our small team more efficient by allowing us to plan and send out weekly social media posts in just about an hour, saving significant time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social listening and insights. I like that it combines all accounts and platforms in one center. The software is easy to use, which is great. I enjoy listening to brand mentions, and it helps to know what's the feeling of the brand by the users.

Maybe paid ads integration (for insights and comments, etc, not management).

Sprout Social brings all accounts and platforms into one center and helps us understand users' feelings about the brand through social listening and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all in one system. Scheduling, analytics, and team discussions can all be made through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the review process with clients can be tricky. They don’t love that they can’t see the posts after they reject them.
