Seamless Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's drafting and scheduling capabilities, which make it easy to draft and move posts around. It allows my team to collaborate by drafting at the same time on the platform. I enjoy the ability to tag all my posts and later measure performance based on tagging, as it helps me see which content types resonate well with my audience. This informs my future social media strategy. The onboarding experience was great, as it was super simple and the representative was very helpful. I also appreciate Sprout Social's superior capabilities compared to other products and better setup for our collaborative needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging certain personal accounts through LinkedIn doesn't always work as needed. We are often trying to tag individuals in the drafted posts, but Sprout Social doesn't let us tag certain individuals, and then we have to schedule those posts natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social centralizes social media scheduling, saving my team time and simplifying collaboration. The platform's drafting and scheduling features help us efficiently manage posts, while tagging and metrics visibility inform our social media strategy by highlighting what content resonates with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience, what I like best about Sprout Social is its comprehensive design and excellent customer support.

The platform is an all-in-one powerhouse that streamlines our workflow, making it incredibly easy to use, implement, and integrate with all major social networks. Because of this, we use it every day for our primary social media tasks, and it has become an essential part of our team's daily operations. The robust features and excellent customer support make it a truly valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Sprout Social is the pricing structure. The pricing model charges per user, which means the cost can increase quickly as a team grows. This makes it difficult for small businesses to scale affordably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the core problem of managing social media across multiple platforms by acting as an all-in-one hub. The platform is a true "powerhouse" that consolidates a variety of essential functions, including publishing, engagement, and analytics, into a single tool. The platform allows our team to manage multiple social channels from one central location. This significantly reduces the time we spend on day-to-day tasks like content planning and scheduling, allowing us to focus on more strategic work. Sprout Social provides powerful analytics and reporting that go beyond simple metrics. It helps us understand audience engagement, track campaign performance, and gain actionable insights that inform our business goals and prove the ROI of our social efforts. The platform's intuitive interface and centralized inbox help our team collaborate more effectively and respond to customers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the support that is provided from the team when an issue comes up
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited AI and best practices functionality which can be improved on the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us maintain our social media pages and also the pages of other franchisees with their local accounts. The dashboards are very helpful to see an overview of what our social media helping portray to guests and make sure it is cohesive to the brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been an excellent platform for our team to schedule regular posts across multiple accounts. Easy to use, and has also developed well with AI technology to make the job easier. I would highly recommend the platform.

Nothing to report, all good and works very well for our team

Regular scheduling across multiple accounts is excellent. AI assistance is proving very useful

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has a lot of helpful features, especially for teams that have a lot of content to schedule and work on an approval basis. It's easy to schedule and view content for the month and sort by content type and approval status. The reporting features are nice and it's easy to view multiple different KPI's depending on the platform. Customer support was always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always stay up to date on newest changes to social media - other platforms introduced first comment capability on Facebook and Sprout does not have them, Sprout just introduced the ability to upload a document to LinkedIn after other platforms have had this feature for awhile. Also, it seems like the charge for every additional feature and charge a high fee per user. Their AI features are also so-so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling a large amount of content for our business and helping us track our analytics for organic social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for publishing context and determining audience engagement across the board. It makes it so much easier to compile analytics to present to my higher ups and show actual results from our marketing strategies. Overall, the system is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout can be a bit expensive for smaller business, but the benefits out weigh the pricing concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping with organization and management of our social media platforms. It also simplifies the way we can pull data from the different marketing plans were implementing.

Makes Social Posting More Productive, with a few caveats

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to create and schedule a large number of social posts all at once. It is easy to see the full calendar month of posts and to switch from client to client. I like that you can schedule for multiple social platforms at one time and easily edit and reschedule as needed. It was very easy to learn to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout can sometimes take a while to update new features after a social platform adds them. That is understandable as they see the platform updates at the same time we do. I do wish Sprout allowed you to put 5 collaborators for Instagram, like you can on the app. I am having to schedule some Instagram posts in-app now instead of through Sprout when my clients request more than 3 collaborators. I also wish you could duplicate a post and send it to a different client. Some of our clients use the same posts, even though they are published to different accounts. Sometimes there seems to be a high failure rate for posts - especially when you use collaborators, but at least they immediately notify you so you can go in and resend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to schedule our social posts in advance for all of our clients allowing us to create content ahead of time, schedule it, and it's all set.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes my job and life so much easier! I post on facebook for 4 different social accounts and Sprout makes it so easy to do that. I use Sprout basically everyday

The downside of using Sprout is the slowness I sometimes experience with the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I think is most helpful with sprout social is the fact that you only have to make one post and it can go out to all of your social media. Before sprout, I would go to every social media and have to either copy and paste or adapted to fit that one specifically and so this makes it really easy to just put one post in and have it delivered to all the platforms that you wanted to be delivered to. I also really like that. It has the feature where you’re able to click the time that is gonna get you the most views instead of having to kind of guess what time you want to post and what time is best for your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven’t come across many downsides of using sprout social. But I do think one thing I struggle with is navigating it so when there’s comments on the post, sometimes I have troubles getting notified that there were comments and then getting to the page it sometimes kind of difficult. But overall it has everything you would need. It just is a little confusing to navigate the whole page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that sprout is solving for me is having to post in different areas. Now I’m able to just post on one platform to get the message out and I love that I can just duplicate the post and edit the caption if needed for a different platform so if I need a shorter caption for X and then I’m able to just duplicate it instead of having to redo the whole thing. I also love that I can talk to my team directly in it instead of having to message everyone individually I can just send a message to the whole team and everyone will be on that post and know exactly what I’m talking about.
