Easy. Automated. Does everything I need!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is immensely user-friendly, I am on the platform daily and my approvers are easily able to navigate the platform without issue. I love the automated features, built in UTM code tools, and tracking. We've also recently integrated their employee advocacy tool and that connection has made it 10 times easier for our employees to share content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find there is fairly frequent turnover with our specific reps, they often get promoted out of the role, which is great for them, but we really only need to chat once a year at renewal time and it can be tough to determine who my contact is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really just a huge time saver for me in general. It keeps me from having to navigate to several different tools just to make one post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have multiple seats and the organization that the team has using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot do everything you could do if you were posting straight from the social media platform app.

Publishing content across multiple platforms at a large scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, nice interface, the Smart Inbox, the Publishing Tab with Instagram Grid Preview and Calendar view, Approval Workflows, and the reporting. Makes scheduling posts with a team really easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram grid preview doesn't show the posts in 4:5 view, it's still square which is outdated

It's nice that we can see all of the interactions from users across all channels in the Smart Inbox. Makes responding to users fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Sprout is how user friendly it is.

One thing I wish you could do is tag individual people within a scheduled post.

Having all channels in one place where the whole team can go in and get a visual of what is being scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to give feedback, approve content, and schedule posts across all of our social media platforms. I also love the weekly performance updates sent to my email, which help us review results and refine our communication strategy afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches the tagging platform so there has to be a manual entry sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
In the years that I've used Sprout to manage institutional social accounts, I have been very pleased with their user interface and features. I primarily use Sprout for scheduling, planning, and reporting, and it works incredibly well in all of those areas. I was able to easily integrate each of my channels and adjust whenever needed, with only brief reminders to resync the information to keep it active. Updates come regularly to make content creation and scheduling both easy, quick and timely with updates to native platforms. For example, the recent "Customize post per platform" option makes customizing content for each channel based on audience and tone far easier than ever before, being able to retain photos and copy while adjusting as needed for wording and scheduling. I use the reporting feature to deliver monthly reports to higher ups and for quick references into top performing content and other relevant data. I always recommend Sprout over other alternatives, and will keep using it for many years to come. As a social team of one, it's a must!
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features can be cost-prohibitive for a smaller organization without a large budget. However, basic features are still helpful and easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me maximize my limited time as a team of one, making cross-posting to multiple platforms easy and streamlined. It provides many built-in features to best optimize my photos and copy, and provides options native to each individual platform that enhance the quality of my content based on current trends and platform-native features (like the ability to invite Collaborators on Instagram while scheduling my posts).

What do you like best about the product?
The webpage is fairly easy to navigate, creating social posts have straight forward steps and fields to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tags don't always work, which means you have to log into the social media platform when a post goes live to fix the people tagged. Editing and reshaping photos can be tricky, and once you crop a picture, there's no easy way to undo it. I wish there were preset the correct shapes for images to crop to what the post will actually look like. Sometimes I crop to 4:3 but then the post itself crops it even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
drafting and posting LinkedIn post is all we use it for. But looking at post performance is helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and understand, it is a great tool for utilizing multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed being able to map out my content calendar across multiple social accounts all on a single view on the calendar tab. It's great to be able to see everything at a glance like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling feature can be kind of glitchy. We schedule things in advance, but we still have to worry about them and check up on them as sometimes, for unknown reasons, the posts will give us a failed error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me a lot of time when monitoring and responding to comments and DMs. Instead of logging into a dozen separate accounts and reviewing the comments on platform, I can view them all in one inbox and knock out my responses in one work session.

Great social media service for consolidation and teamwork

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been great for many reasons. We have a mix of 8 people who have access to sprout and will go in and out at random times. It allows multiple people to access it at once which is great. It also is clear when something has been completed. It allows our team to quickly look through each of the tasks and ensure people are not working through the same thing. We use the service often. We access it several times a day. It is great at consolidating several different platforms together. We use Sprout for Facebook, IG, Twitter, Google and Yelp reviews, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sprout may not update until after you attempt to submit something. For example, you may submit a response to someone on facebook, and once you submit it, the platform says that the response is no longer available. I wish it would either delete it automatically and not even show it, or if it would at least highlight it right away that the message is no longer available or posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is very useful in consolidating all of our social media accounts into one. It would be significantly more time consuming if we had to manage and open mutliple accounts and websites. Instead, we can use Sprout for everything. Extremely convenient!
