Convenient, time efficient tool. Always evolving and provides tools to succeed
What do you like best about the product?
They're always staying ahead of the curve and keeping up with social updates, making it easy and convenient to lean on one tool for anything social related. Social media is an ever changing phenomenon, they provide the tools needed to be successful and provide the resources to help you out as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're analytics can be improved, their basic plan doesn't provide much info. You have to upgrade to get access to the good data such as organic vs paid performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one tool to schedule content accross different platforms, even if a post can't be scheduled directly they have a mobile publishing option which sends you a push notification so you can easily publish through your phone with one click
Great for cross-platform use
What do you like best about the product?
I post across numerous social media platforms, but I use the same or very similar content each day. Having a feature that allows me to duplicate is extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make the process of posting across platforms easier. When I duplicate, I still need to make sure I have the right person who gets the Instagram notifiactions, I adjust the time for every post. I just wish that could be done automatically, as I always have the same person for Instagram, and I always want to post at the best suggested time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I schedule posts across four platforms for a week at a time. I also tag posts, as my client has a number of iniatives and projects, so I can keep track of what does well and which programs need more attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to collaborate with my team and draft social media posts for approval. Having one place to answer messages, schedule posts, and do reports is vital!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using SproutSocial is that the data imported doesn't always reflect a boosted post, specifically for Instagram. I also wish we could export reports in a different format that would be a bit more aesthetically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to login and handle responses for multiple accounts all in one spot is such a time saver.
A good platform for content creation, scheduling and approval.
What do you like best about the product?
Its east to use, acorss multiple users. We use it to create, schedual and approve poast which from an audit perspective is important to us as a regulated business. Account management is strong and there are not annual price increases (so far)

There is nothing i dislike about Sprout Social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a national retailer we have over 270 locations and FB pages. Sprout Social allows us to consolidate all customer enquiries into one consolidated inbox.
Sprout social is a great platform to keep update and monitor social media channels.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, it has great functions that it easy to access social media channels , review content and get hand reports when you want. It works very well with multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like very much about sprout is the limitations on working with the asset library. It is very hard to move files between the folder and disappointingly the drag and drop optioin isn't working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has solving the hassle around working with each social media channel separately. It brings together all the channels in one place which is very convenient.
Great tool for a small social media team!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to preschedule posts and see what they'll look like natively in each platform. I really like the ability to see and respond to all our comments, tags, and direct messages across social media sites in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot that we aren't using in Sprout that would probably be beneficial to us, but it can be hard to know where to start expanding our use with Sprout. Looking forward to having TikTok and Threads integration hopefully soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to monitor all our social accounts and track our post performance. We use to have to log into each social channel and handle customer service through each app. Now we have one place to go to manage all our comments and questions. The scheduling tool is easy to use and saves a lot of time.
Easy to use, good for scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful parts of Sprout Social is the the Social Listening and efficiency for scheduling posts. It is easy to stay organized and see what content is thriving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, I don't have a downside for Sprout Social. I have been suing it for over a year now and even when I have had a issue with soemthing not working, the support team worked quickly to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of organizing my posts and scheduling them ahead of time. Although you can use Business Suite its more efficient to just use your Sprout Calendar.
Quick and easy social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
It user-friendly and easy to get started. Provides us with a tool to organize our social posts for multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data doesn't match with the native platform data. Tags (other users) are sometimes challenging to find for posts.

I like the easy to scheduling and the ability to set up an approval process. I also like the analytics features.

Not too much to dislike. Sometimes it doesn't load so I can access but very infrequently.

Excellent Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has transformed our social media management. Its intuitive interface, robust analytics, and superb scheduling tools make it a game-changer for our brand's online presence, and saves us time. Highly recommended

We've had an issue with the Facebook analytics, however, the support team have been very responsive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox means that we have cut our community management time in half and the tagging feature has helped to categorise the comments and messages we received so that we can action them more efficiently
