An Indispensable Tool For Any Social Media Manager / Data-Oriented Marketer

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Sprout Social at Lazydays RV is how much time it saves me in managing multiple accounts every day. Instead of switching between platforms, I can schedule, monitor, and engage all in one place, which makes the day-to-day workload much smoother. The Smart Inbox is especially helpful because it keeps all of our messages and mentions in one feed, so nothing gets missed and I can respond faster. The reporting tools are another big benefit because they give me clear, easy-to-share insights into campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI. Having that information in one place makes it simple to adjust strategy quickly and back up decisions with data. I also rely heavily on the tagging feature to organize content by campaign or initiative, which helps me track results over time and see what is really driving impact. On top of that, the ability to manage and respond to reviews directly in Sprout makes it much easier to stay on top of customer feedback and protect our brand reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is handy for quick check-ins, but it doesn’t feel as full-featured as the desktop version. If I’m on the go and need to do something more complex, I usually end up waiting until I’m back at my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple accounts and platforms at once, which used to be time-consuming and fragmented. Now I can schedule, publish, and engage all from one dashboard, which saves hours each week and keeps workflows consistent. The Smart Inbox solves the problem of missed messages or mentions by consolidating everything into one place, making it much easier to stay responsive to our audience. On top of that, the reporting features solve the problem of proving ROI by giving me clear, easy-to-share data that leadership can act on. Even customer reviews, which used to require logging into separate platforms, are now managed directly in Sprout, saving time and helping protect our reputation. Overall, it reduces the friction of social management and gives me more space to focus on strategy rather than just putting out fires.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Sprout Social is the accessibility on my phone. I can respond to social media messages over the weekend when I'm away from my work computer and desk - I've even responded to a DM while on top of a mountain!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love about Spout is the inability to really edit a photo when posting on a story. Like, adding a locating, or tagging another business. This would be a super useful feature in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick times in getting back to people.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and analytics are the best thing about sprout social. The level of details that you can build and create is endless. From the basic reporting to the more details listening reports, there isn't much that Sprout can't help you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the APIs for some platforms are restrictive which isn't really Sprout's fault but can make it difficult to use end to end. We still have to use the native platforms in a lot of instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The listening reporting allows us to better understand what the public is saying about us and helps us plan strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social was easy to navigate. I enjoyed the draft aspect, as my work had to be reviewed by a supervisor before posting. I used it often and never had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not enjoy having the two-factor authenticication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve posting on multiple social media platforms at the same time. This is beneficial because it saves time, effort, and allows me to see the layout of my posts before I post them.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having all our social analytics and metrics centralized in one platform. Sprout simplifies our marketing, ecommerce, and, of course, social media tasks. On top of that, Sprout serves as a fantastic educational resource, offering a variety of engaging and informative free digital panels where you can learn from leading social media marketers. I especially enjoyed attending the Duolingo panel this year!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do tend to get alerts about Sprout disconnecting our account fairly often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling all of our content ahead of time so we do not have to worry about posting it individually.

What do you like best about the product?
In the ever-evolving world of social media, Sprout Social does everything. The variety and range of tools and features meets more needs than any other social management platform I have ever used. I am in and out of the platform daily and so rarely have a problem but in the off chance that I do, the customer support is impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's rare that I dislike something about Sprout Social but if I must, it can be inconvenient to wait for platform changes to take shape in Sprout but typically they are pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is an incredibly reliable tool that helps us manage all of our social assets, daily posts, the monthly calendar. Using all of the robust analytical tools helps us learn what's working, what's not and gives us simple and actionable ways to share the data with our cross-functional partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprout Social has streamlined my social media workflow and saved me a lot of time. It’s a reliable tool for tracking engagement and staying organized with social content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout Social doesn’t display all of the comments we receive. I’ll see them on the native platforms, but they don’t always appear in the Smart Inbox, which occasionally requires me to reach out to Sprout support for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to track comment themes across our campaigns, including what people are saying and the data behind it. Sprout does a great job with their tagging system, which allows us to report on the most common themes and sentiment to share with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
They're regularly making updates and adding new features, which really improve workflows. Customer support is timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their other tools (advocacy, influencer) feel so separate and segmented from the main tool. They should be integrated more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to manage publishing ,reporting, and community management for a suite of clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy scheduling, being able to manage multiples accounts from a single dashboard, and brand monitoring. Costumer support is always friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can't be easily filtered by paid vs organic. I have to manually do math to have a more accurate data. Some of the instagram native features aren't present in sprout which then makes me go in the app to post natively for certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily schedule multiple posts at once and have everything organized under one single view. The brand listening is a big plus as well.

What do you like best about the product?
That every comment can be answered in one place and that it's easy to manage! Makes what could be a daunting task, a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find myself needing to reconnect the social accounts, and occasionally this step is overlooked. When that happens, some comments end up getting lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how it brings all of our social comments together in a single location, making it much easier for us to respond to them efficiently.
