"Great Platform For Managing Social Media Platforms.......!"

What do you like best about the product?
Basically, we are using Sprout Social with integration of Salesforce to handle social media platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Play Store, and we have recently added a new platform to this. Basically, this is working smoothly and nicely. I love working with Sprout Social, especially the fast SortCurt feature and many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the workflow is high, Sprout Social sometimes lacks features otherwise, it's one of the best tools on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solved many problems like easily managing social media platforms. In Sprout Social, you can easily track your daily, monthly, and yearly data like how many cases you have to be done how many cases are pending how many cases are open in your bucket Sprout Social help's us to manage a query also provides a best customer support to the user so my experience with Sprout Social is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Great reporting and analytics, albeit an extra spend to unlock the full capacity. My favourite tool within the platform is the publishing calendar and the ability to leave notes. Easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No flexibility around scheduling drafts. Templates with the approved settings/parameters would be great. Not sure if this is the appropriate tool for multi-regional teams.

What do you like best about the product?
When onboarding into my current role I insisted that Sprout Social was a must for our social media needs. Being able to seamlessly post across platforms for large quantities of clients has streamlined my workflow and increased my productivity with ease. As someone who frequently uses social media channels, I find the implementation of features and access to support extremely beneficial. Not to mention the reports are extensive yet easy to navigate when communicating success with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I wish some features were available immediately - I am fully aware that Sprout stays as up-to-date with social media platforms as they evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 40 clients on our list - Sprout Social gives me one place to seamlessly manage large quantities of content. Over my four years my department has grown from just myself to four team members - our ability to assist each other is incredibly valuable!

What do you like best about the product?
I've had experiences using different social media management tools in the past, and after about 4 months, I can confidently say it's my favorite! With simple scheduling, in-depth analytics, and social listening, it's everything I need wrapped up into one. I also really like the learning material and webinars they offer for users. Very helpful and informative!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes glitchy, but nothing that stands out that I dislike. It doesn't integrate with our PowerBi (which is what we use to track conversions), but that's not a huge dealbreaker since we use UTM's (and they have their own UTM generator).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for planning and scheduling, although some posts are not transferrable and need to be natively posted. They also provide in-depth marketing reports that I can provide to my managers, and boy do I love seeing those numbers go up!

Solid Social Media Planner and Beyond

What do you like best about the product?
I changed to Sprout Social from Hootsuite about a year ago and have been loving this service. I have about 8 accounts that I post 4-5 times a week on and Sprout helps me stay sane. The layout is easy to understand while also housing many different features. Sprout has a great notification set up and I can always catch any mistakes right as they happen. Sprout has a kind and educated staff that are always there to help when needed. I also love the educational resources Sprout offers and try to sign up for their various webinars. There is always something to learn! Sprout is a great social media option that is always innovating and growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Sprout is their TikTok posting feature. I would love it if I was able to choose audios and editing features from TikTok rather than needing to create an original sound link for every post. I feel as if this affects visibility. It is no big deal though since I just post from the app and I assume if Sprout were able to do it this would have been a thing by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is giving me an all in one hub for posting content and receiving analytics. I also love the competitor analytic comparison feature Sprout offers.

Straightforward Social Listening Tool for Any Size Business

What do you like best about the product?
Positive onboarding with a straightforward integration. The ability to post to Google Business Profiles is unique and helpful. As a medium-large company, we use Sprout twice daily at least. We have a Sprout bot set to answer immediate questions and then it's easy to respond to people even with pre-written responses. Posting is easy to each platform. Content planning is made simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to the fault of Sprout, but stories and reels are tough to do in-app if they're too large. The lag on Listening is slow. In a PR situation we need information faster. Needs ability to react to customer messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an all-encompassing tool to post to social media while listening to the feedback on each platform. Seeing customer reaction to what we create is vital. Social media is free, but not consolidated. Sprout makes it consolidated.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, cropping feature in Instagram, reporting features. Was very simple to connect our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't post to all platforms at once, you have to duplicate each one, No LinkedIn carousel features or X threads, which are available elsewhere. It is VERY expensive compared to other similar services and my plan doesn't even include social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting features have been a big plus in helping me record analytics, and it's very reliable. I used to have issues with my past services in getting errors that posts weren't getting published.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily track social performance, bulk schedule content, engage with our community and monitor brand sentiment. I like the performance snapshot in the homepage and the internal reports. They give me clarity on what works and doesn't and how efficient I am. Customer Support is always quick to resolve any issue I might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Threads were included in the available platforms. Additionally, I would love to be able to see Instagram and TikTok DM's in my smart inbox. Another wish would be for the mobile app to be more user friendly and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social allows me to alleviate a lot of my routine daily workload. From community management, content scheduling, social listening and monitoring to tracking campaign performance and conducting a competitor's analysis, Sprout social is an essential tool for my job. It is also effective for internal communication with my teammates. I can easily leave a comment or asign a task. Another beneficial feature is the campaign and label customization which allows me to group and track campaign specific posts.

Appreciate Support and Ease of Use for Agency

What do you like best about the product?
My team manages about 45 clients' socials through Sprout and depend on it heavily. I love the Sprout support team who is always there to help. I know that I can contact the team and have my questions answered promptly. I recently had a support person who went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a Facebook issue that I was facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of room for growth don't he reporting side of things. Our Instagram reporting does not include paid engagements for some reason. I would love to be able to white label reports and have more customizable features. We are currently looking for a reporting platform to use outside of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily creating and managing posts in bulk. Compiling all community interactions in the inbox.

Excellent platform, variety of uses

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is scheduling the posts ahead of time. We use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X primarily; and I love that I can schedule posts to all these platforms from Sprout. Especially if I'm going to be away for a period of time, to still be able to have posts going out in my absence is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't tag from within the platform when I'm creating posts. Like on an actual platform, you type "@someone's name, or @company name" and you can tag them. You can't do this within Sprout though, this is a big issue they need to resolve. I often times need to tag companies in my LinkedIn posts, so I won't be able to schedule them in Sprout. I have to physically log in and make the post live from LinkedIn to be able to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to log into multiple social sites to post, check analytics, see what is performing well, what is not, etc. Saves a lot of time and effort!
